Robin noticed I was a bit lost and overwhelmed and helped me not only find makeup for a costume party was going to, but spent a good time helping me find a foundation that matched my skin tone and was good quality. Super nice and friendly, will definitely be back ?

Best customer service that I had received from Ulta! The store manager named Myra helped me out with another staff and they were both so friendly and attentive. Will be back for sure!

I didn’t get the spelling of the employee who helped me but it sounded like Linette? Anyways super sweet, very good at color matching. She got the perfect match within two tries (the first one was so close if she didn’t bring out the slightly better match I would have thought it was perfect too). Hit all my requirements I listed for what I wanted in the product. 10/10 service

Slowest checkout ever. There were 12 people in front of me. I had to wait 15 minutes just to check out! Wth! Last time here.

I’m specifically writing this review to give my compliments to Linette, who shade matched me like a true expert and did so with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. I am a tough match, an ultra pale neutral, and most of the matches I have had in the past lean too warm or pink and it is VERY easy to go too dark. Linette looked at the swatches I already had on, and picked out the perfect Estée Lauder shade in 0N1 Alabaster. I hope the leadership at this store knows how valuable that skill is, and rewards her appropriately. Thank you, Linette, for a fantastic in store experience!

I recently visited Ulta Beauty store and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The store wasn’t busy at all, yet the customer service was severely lacking. The employees seemed unmotivated and uninterested in assisting customers. When I asked for help, it felt like an inconvenience to them.
Additionally, the store was out of several items I was looking for, which made the trip even more frustrating. It’s surprising that a beauty store would have so many empty shelves. With poor service and a lack of supplies, I can't recommend this location and hope they work on improving both their stock and staff engagement.

Worst Ulta I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone there during my lunch TWICE, and every time it’s a disappointment. They don’t honor anything. Never going there again.

Scheduled a (bob) haircut with Tara after receiving a recommendation for her on Facebook. She understood exactly what I wanted, was friendly, and very thorough. My appointment included a wash, FANTASTIC cut, and blow dry for a great price.
I was so happy with my service that I scheduled a color appointment for the very next day. She covered my gray and blended the color beautifully through the length.
This is the best cut and color I have received in years…and for 1/2 the price of other salons. I will MOST DEFINITELY be returning in a few months for a trim and color refresh.

Emily at ULTA showed us so much love and kindness! Our favorite deodorant, “Each & Every,” doesn’t have a special space on the shelf at this location. Emily mentioned that sometimes they have it at this location but wanted to check before she said, “No.” She went out of her way to “check the back”and came back with our favorite scents available! In a world where people are tired, rushed, and overstimulated in the customer care profession, Emily served us with the ULTA’MATE CARE! This location already has 4 stars and clearly, we KNOW WHY! Stop by to see them, and if EMILY IS AROUND, your day is in for a great shopping experience! (Her team came by to see why we were so happy and celebrated EMILY’s great job too!) We work so hard and spending money at a place who is happy to serve us is a win!
