Jash and Spencer were the A team! if you ever need anything at all, find one of these two guys! Great knowledge of almost everything in store! I showed up told them what I wanted and Jash started grabbing stuff while Spencer was filling me in on surround sound! Overall fantastic experience

I bought a new laptop today. My husband wanted to shop around, but I wanted to purchase from Best Buy because of the ease of the data transfer between laptops that I had experienced there in the past. I also purchased the $179 tech support plan which the salesman told us would include the data transfer that was normally $150. (Why does the web site say $99.99?) He also made a Geek Squad appointment for us, and we returned a few hours later with the new laptop and my old one. After a short wait, we told the young man at the GS desk that we were there for a data transfer between laptops. His first question was "Where is your hard drive?" What??!! What hard drive? We have been through several data transfers in the past and were never required to provide an external hard drive. It became quite clear that he was totally unsympathetic as he continued to stare straight ahead and tell us all the things for which he was not responsible...what our salesman did or didn't tell us; what we experienced in the past; what past Geek Squad employees did or didn't do.; etc. In the end, we had to pay an additional $90 + tax for a hard drive in order to get the data transferred. He did walk over to tell the sales manager about our experience. The sales manager seemed unconcerned and made no effort to speak with us personally. I can only hope that the person who does the actual data transfer cares enough to do a good job. Update to come.

I took my computer in because It would freeze and open anything. I left my Lenovo all in one. I also wanted a back up so I purchased an external hard drive so they could back the computer up. I was called 2 days later and told that there was nothing that could be done. No back up could be done. They said they could not open the computer because it was an all in one. We went to the store and picked up the computer. They said they could send out to get somebody else to look into for a charge of $500.00. We took the computer to bring it home and get somebody else to get the hard drive out of the computer. When my son opened up the computer, the hard drive was missing. The Geek Squad lied when they said they could not open the computer when somebody obviously did open it up and removed the hard drive. I will never go to that store again. We purchased a new computer and I wish I had not purchased from Best Buy

They need to have their security stop certain persons trying to sale M&M’s as customers enter and leave the store, right in front of the store. The person was on crack, and aggressive.

I have been in this store a couple of times in the past two weeks to pick up orders.Every time everyone from the greeters to the cashiers assisting me have always been polite and pleasant, efficiently taking care of me.

This is a special review for Jash. My wife initially came in looking for a PC for my son and we were beyond lost with what to get. Jash stayed with us for a while and make sure we made the right decision before we spent thousands. He took his time to explain all this tech stuff in regular words and elaborated greatly, hopefully they get comission lol. Store itself kind of looked like a mess but the staff is really friendly.

Impossible to get a staff member to assist. They wander around trying to avoid eye contact. Went to the one on Preston road and 2 people asked to help me within minutes. The Preston store was busier too. Avoid this branch, go to Preston road one!
