First of all the people that helped us in store were good but they assured us that the tv which is 98 inches would be taken to the second story of our home. The delivery ppl refused to take it upstairs saying that service wasn't included and for the last two hours we have been arguing with people at the 800 number. They acknowledge it's on the ticket order and should have been passed on to the delivery guys. If this isn't fixed and they don't honor their word I will NEVER set foot in this store again. 3000. And they cannot do what they said they were going to do so now there is a 150 pound tv sitting on pallets in our foyer that we can't use. Nice job Best Buy.

I have used the Geek Squad on line service for years. Always good results but with some occasional communications issues. But all contacts were trying their best to help. Today was a huge exception. Agent Diego R. was most unintelligible and rude! I was asked to enter my password and did. Apparently it did not work. He said: "Either you can follow my directions or I will end the session." Just really rude and crude the whole time. If this is the type of treatment a Total Tech customer can expect, I am moving on. Sam L. Time of encounter was 10:20Am central.

I took my little computer into the Geek Squad. The guy at the GeekSquad worked on it and then told me that I needed to call Microsoft! He was very nice and gave me a phone number for Microsoft. I called it thinking i had a legitimate number. I trusted them as geeksquad gave me the number. WRONG. I let them get into my main computer thinking it was Microsoft. They now have all my bank accounts, ssn, credit cards, etc. They even took a picture of me! I have tried to talk with the store manager thinking maybe they would take responsibility of Evan's carelessness. But no! I was on hold, transfered, and hung up on! DO NOT TRUST GEEKSQUAD!

A freind and I took a laptop to the Geek Squad to be looked at. They were busy but Kathryn went out of her way to greet us. She was very nice and attentive despite being busy with other customers. We waited a couple of minutes, and then Jason greeted us. Again, it was super nice and very helpful.,friend Both of them were genuinely friendly.

Hello Linda’sIf I am writing a review it’s because I have an amazing experience or a terrible one. Today, I went to Brother Best Buy and received top notch and flight customer service. It started with Grace, then on to Otis who didn’t even work in the department that I needed but he stepped in and was clutch! The whole team came in like the Avengers to help when Manizhe tapped in to help!The whole store is full of all star ⭐️ rockstars and if you come here then they will take excellent care of you.All of my questions were answered and they were professional and kind! After having bad customer service with a different company earlier in the day they were a breath of fresh air.Come to this Best Buy and let the awesome staff take excellent care of you Linda’s !!!! I recommend it, because my experience was a 10 out of 10!

Manager was obnoxious trying to pitch to me a BestBuy membership. She kept using buzz words during her sales pitch while implying she was doing me a favor. Well she was sorely wrong and I was able to get a refund from a different BestBuy. The only positive experience was the advisor Grace. Managers need use her has an example of someone who has empathy, patience, and great LISTENING skills. Definitely not returning to BestBuy.
