After exploring several options, I chose to visit Blossom Nails—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The positive reviews are absolutely accurate. Kim is a true professional who takes great pride in her work; she was detailed, attentive, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my nails. Mr. Hai provided one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced—truly comparable to a high-end spa. Blossom Nails has exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to have found my new go-to salon. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I called Blossom Nails and wanted to make an appt and get in that day and the woman who answered the phone was very very helpful. I made appointments for my daughter and myself for gel mani's and regular pedi's. Our nails come out looking so beautiful! Even now 3 weeks later my nails look fantastic. I highly recommend Blossom Nails!!

Blossom nails is very friendly and very professional. I went there for a pedicure and eyebrows waxed and they did a great job. I am from Tyler Tx and I will definitely be coming back here for service, definitely will refer others if they are in this area.

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I have never had a broken nail! Right when the nail tech finished my pedicure my big toe looked yellow. I walked to my car and than noticed it cracked! They broke my nails and I have a trip coming up! So terrible! Never coming back! They used a tool to buff it! I have never seen a salon do that during pedicure! I should have stopped them! They didn’t answer my calls either to fix it! Said they were busy! Disgusting and disappointed! Now I have to worry on my trip about getting fungal infection!!

I’ve been going to blossom nails now for about 2yrs for my mani-pedi and eyebrow waxing. Kim is such a perfectionist and Ben is ever so patient and very gentle. I have very low tolerance to pain and they understand that so they are super tender! I always feel like royalty when I’m there for my nails. Just recently moved away from Plano but don’t mind the 30 mins drive for their services. I’ve taken my kids and they loved how they were treated. I really adore Kim and Ben!!!

Tried to go in and asked politely if they had time for a full set manicure. The lady starts hysterically laughing and says “um yeah no bye!!” Was super awkward and felt a little embarrassing. Will not return back there.

Got a pedicure. Staff was friendly service was nice and the vibes were very tranquil. Loved it.
Also did a manicure, it was very well done and efficient. Make sure to ask for the waxing and eyebrow service it was excellent.

While most staff were friendly, my experience was overshadowed by the nail technician's behavior. Despite speaking in Vietnamese, I understood her derogatory remarks about me to other workers. She criticized my hand movements instead of addressing the issue politely. Although I requested a simple French tip design to speed up the process, I ended up spending two hours at the salon. This uncomfortable encounter overshadowed an otherwise positive experience.
