Nice guys. Worked hard and only left a couple of things for me to pack in the guest bathroom. Not sure i was told about the 8% service charge, but overall a good experience. Hopefully the move goes well tomorrow

Brian and Q were awesome! They both worked fast and took such good care of my things. And they moved me into a 3rd floor so I know they were super awesome when I kept apologizing and they just kept reassuring me with smiles. Choose buddy moving and ask for Brian and Q! If management is reading this, they need a raise. Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

I had such a great experience with this moving company, i want to specifically give my thanks to Cedric he was so polite and handled all my furniture with care. He was so professional and made sites i was satisfied with the move. I will 100% be using this company again!

Horrible experience as well as terrible customer service.Had my moving time set for noon and movers did not arrive until 8:00pm. Was promised a truck to move my apartment into a house and was provided with a trailer. Was told I would get a discount for the trouble and inconvenience and I did… but then had to pay a service charge to pay with my card, which ate up my small discount. Contacted the manager the next day, not an easy task I may add, as I was in another moving truck to empty the rest of my apartment and was told to provide an e mail with everything that went wrong, including items that were left of the trailer during the late night move. Never heard back from them as well after multiple attempts to recover some kind of money.You’re better off getting a truck and doing it yourself. Don’t trust anything this place tells you.

The guys were great but the office should have told me I couldn't pay cash. And it's ridiculous to charge taxes on a tip.

I was so stressed with moving but the movers Kelvin and Jaelen were super amazing… they were so fast and assured me that the move would run smooth. I will be using them again in a couple of weeks. Ask for them you wont regret it.
