Kirby, I want to sincerely and personally apologize for the bad review I left before. That was completely wrong of me, and I feel awful for doing that to you. You did a phenomenal job on my car, and I’m beyond grateful for the effort, care, and professionalism you showed. Everyone at Caliber Collision was wonderful, but you especially went above and beyond. You’re truly amazing at what you do. I am so sorry, Kirby and thank you so much for being amazing.

I came by to get a quote because I was hit from behind (more so scraped from behind on the side of the bumper). I didn’t think it would require an insurance claim but wanted to see how much it would cost to get fixed. Kirby asked to see the keys and went around the back. I thought he was going to get me a quote but about 10 minutes later he came back and my car looked like it had never happened. They buffed it out for free and then he kindly told me to have a nice day. I’m in shock. Things related to cars - it’s oftentimes not the best experience. I will probably forever come back to this exact place of business for a quote in the future. Thank you, Kirby and team! God bless you all and your business. Thank you for treating people like people.

Rhonda was so helpful and great! They handled all the insurance claims and contact for me and even delivered my car back to me 4 days early! They are amazing all around!

took my daughters Honda in, they worked very efficiently with my insurance company, and I needed to get the car done by Friday to move my daughter to college on Saturday, they were extremely prompt and got it done on Thursday afternoon, which saved me a lot of scrambling! Definitely recommend

Unfortunately my experience here was absolutely horrible. During my repair, they somehow neglected to fix my transmission oil hose, and they left my radiator completely loose. Due to this, a hole burned through the hose and transmission fluid leaked out, causing an immediate break down just a few days after picking it up. When i brought this to their attention, they did not show the slightest bit of concern or urgency for the situation, despite me having several photos and videos of the damage they caused. Their response was that i needed to bring the car back to them for an evaluation “if i feel like something is wrong”. Meanwhile my car is broken down, un-drivable. I ended up towing it to a different shop to repair as i didn’t trust this Caliber Collision anymore. Raymond at Caliber was very upset that i didn’t bring the car back to them, probably because they couldn’t cover up the mistake. If you had a surgeon mess up your operation, would you go back to that same surgeon? I don’t think so. I had to pay $1,700 out of pocket to fix this, which was eventually refunded by my insurance after Caliber Collision was forced to call them and admit wrong doing during my repair. I asked them several times for a report of repairs done to my vehicle, no response. I asked for the district managers contact info, no response. i reached out to the communitymanager@caliber email address, no response. Nobody cared whatsoever about what was done, even when i came back to this location to discuss what happened, Raymond had the nerve to stand there and argue with me about it. No apology, no accountability. Caliber Collision as a whole has a pretty good reputation, however this specific location has inexperienced technicians that are causing damage during repairs. Please… find a different location. I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone.

This place is awesome ! Now I pray no one gets into a situation where a collision repair is needed, but life happens and when it does - I would trust my car with Caliber Collision.
Tony - My Collision Service Advisor at Caliber Collision in Frisco TX (Preston Rd) was awesome to work with and went above and beyond in getting my vehicle looking better than it was when new. Highly recommend !
They have clear estimates via their online tool even before you decide if you wanna use them - They have a status tracker which is better than the Dominos Pizza tracker tool and best of all they are certified with all vehicle manufactures and work with all insurance companies removing all the hassle of doing any paperwork at all !!
