No idea how this place has low reviews Eboni was great on helping me making me an account and I called prior to my walk in and she was very kind and professional my guess is there is too many entitled people in the area because this place was very nice and the people too thank you

Do not get a checking account. It is the hardest thing to close. You have no say so even when you’re the account holder to do anything with the account. I go to close the account, they said everything will be immediate and neither of the cards will be able to be used. I look on my account an hour later the joint holder is still using the card. I called back and they told me it’s not immediate. I don’t like being lied to, and then they tell you they can’t freeze anything, and things will take 2 to 3 business days, and they can’t prevent Overdrafts. Just go get a different bank. I’ve already moved myself over to a different bank. Will never bank with them or get any card with them again.

This bank and customer service is awful. Do not do business with this bank! They close accounted without notice and then can really explain the matter to you when you try to address your concerns!

I went to the bank and was unprepared. I spoke with Ebone who was beyond helpful. She walked me through all of the steps needed to complete my deposit with a large amount of coins. She also helped me with a smile on her face even though this was not an easy challenge to face. I really appreciated the way she took care of me and my family will be using their services for a very long time. Awesome job Ebone!

At 5am in the morning on September 1st I deposited my rent money. The ATM ate said rent money. They refuse to issue a provisional credit for up 2 10 days. When I inquired about the bank paying my late fees yesterday I was told the bank would cover them. Today on the second all of the sudden they won't. Capital One isn't a bank they are a clearing house. Here is an auto loan but the bank has nothing 2 do with it. Oh you have a problem w the ATM at the branch? We aren't responsible for that either. What a joke!

The customer service is extremely poor, as if being friendly is beyond their capacity. Initially, I requested to cash the check for immediate fund availability. However, I later changed my mind and opted for the check to be cashed then deposited into my account. Despite this, the representative deposited the check, causing a hold to be placed. It would have been simpler to use Mobile Deposit. I CANNOT recommend this experience.

Worst branch for banking ever. These ppl are completely incompetent and useless. Thier attitude is unbelievable when they tell you, "this is how we manage our money..." Newsflash, it's not your money, it's mine! And now I'll take all of it out and close my accounts. Oh, don't try to apply for a line of credit for your business w them either, they'll fraudulently acquire your SS# then run your personal credit, when all you provided was business related info, like your EIN! Strange, no one authorized you to do that either! But you did!

They have the best savings and CD rates around. There banking website is clear and easy to use. There physical locations are disappearing fast though.
