I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences with this place. Switched over about 3 months ago (July) to this pharmacy because my meds are much cheaper here than at Walmart, CVS and Walgreens. The people are super helpful, very nice and will work with you if your meds aren’t covered by insurance. My meds are always ready within an hour or so and they always call to remind you. Great place and glad I found them right near my house!

Used to be great and now it's terrible. Once the new owner took over, it went downhill. The pharmacist said I had to call to request them to fill a prescription that the doctor JUST called in! Why wasn't it filled automatically? He also verified my phone number that was on file but NEVER picked up the phone to ask if I needed it! If a doctor calls it in, it is needed!We will never go back again!

Care One pharmacy cares very much about its customers and are very good about delivering your prescription as soon as possible. It is good for me because I live in an over 55 community and do not drive and they deliver my products 0

Very inconsistent and unorganized. To many new employees and policy changes/rules. Even the medicine was different every time. Last time we picked it up our 8 month old baby refused to take it. When I tasted it, it was very bitter. They forgot to add the syrup.Switched pharmacies and much better service and product.

Amazing pharmacy! Great service! It is a great pharmacy for our family. I recently moved to the area and went to CVS next door at first, but then tried CareOne - best pharmacy I’ve been to - soooo much better than CVS.

Great place for vaccines! The pharmacist is very nice and knowledgeable. We went during a weekday, and there was no wait—easy in and out. Extremely convenient.

the open and close information on the door and website is just a suggestion to the employees...got there at 2:00 on a Saturday and the employee said they were closed...they argued with my wife about COVID booster even though CDC recommended for anyone over 50...they don't seem to keep up with current guidelines...they are still just slightly better than CVS...slightly...try Tom Thumb pharmacy down the street, much better customer service than this place or CVS....update...went in again to try and give them another chance...went to there "clinic" before 3:00 to get COVID tests for our cruise...charged us $250.00 dollars and said we would have the results in 2 hours...called them back after 2 hours 45 minutes because we still didn't get the results and shocker, they were gone when we called....AVOID this place at all cost...they are horrible...both the pharmacy and the clinic...another customer was in there when we arrived and he said "forget it, I'm going to CVS"...they have no clue what they are doing....don't believe any of these 5 star reviews...its just their family and friends.

worse customer service then even that CVS that's next door...been there 3 times and every time was either argued with or just turned away...this 3rd time was the final time...got there at 2:00pm...door sign said they closed at 4:00, but the same unhelpful arguer that was there before turned us away saying they close at 2:00...don't waste your time going here.

I can see why they have a lot of 5 star reviews. the CVS next door is definitely a 1 star. CareOne delivers on many levels as well as literally deliver to your home. We have moved over our prescriptions to CareOne. They actually care about their customers and provide good information. Glad they are here, the Frisco area sorely needs this pharmacy.
