I went with my mom the other day as a cute date to hang out with her and to spend some nice time after the movies. Yet as soon as we walked inside we got glares from the person at the cashier and then another staff who who was hanging up clothes. They had no sense of personal space what so ever and I’ve never felt so discriminated, out of everyone in the store they chose to stand next to me and my mom while we just looked through clothes. The females were constant following us. Then I went to go try on some clothes and while I was inside my mom told me that the same lady who was following us closely in the first place was doing it to her this time and was getting way too close with her. It ruins the experience, we were not welcomed. We were judged. We felt unsafe and the way they interacted was irresponsible and horrid. My dad then came to pay and when I Handed the lady the items she looked me up and down and keep in mind I’m a teenager she is a full grown adult. Never have I felt so disgusted by an Individual and the rage I felt at the moment was indescribable as I was repulsed by their behavior towards us. Never should you make your customers feel judged or even ashamed of who they are or what they are there for. Forgot to mention but my mom didn’t know whether to put the excess cloths back on the rack of somewhere near the room so she asked nicely and said “do I leave this here maam” and the teenager that worked there replied and said “No yOu CANT just leavE it” her tone was so rude and unnecessary. I work in the customer service industry as a server and I know how it feels to be under pressure,and I have never made a customer feel ashamed no matter how rough the shifts are. Those two women need to get checked on because I guarantee that this was not their first rodeo acting like this to certain customers. And I have a hunch we were being stalked because we came from the movies and were wearing comfy clothes so not dripped out and everyone else was in all glam. So they judged us before even asking or questions. HECK THESE WOMEN THAT WORKED THERE DIDNT EVEN GREET US! I wish there were better people that worked there it’s a shame a beautiful store has malicious staff.

Such a cute place and amazing customer service, I lost my phone looking everywhere for it, turns out I left it at this store, and a kind lady named Gray asked me if I was looking for one and even had it charged just so I can call it and find it, can’t say thank you enough!!

Came in to shop on a Saturday they were not very busy . I asked the young lady at the register if their dresses were true to size as they have different brands in the store . She looked at me dead in My face and said “ I don’t know lady “ like huh ??? Didn’t even try to help !!! I politely left. No customer service ! The store was clean !

The store manager here is AMAZING! She did everything she could do to help find 1 dress for us! I had to write this because she is AMAZING!!! Thanks girl!

I just gotta say how amazing these ladies were at this store! I had just finished coming out of the dress room with my armful of super cute outfits and the cashier with the beautiful braids rang me up. I pull out my phone to realize it was dead! I’m so embarrassed since I hardly ever keep my actual cards on me. The other cashier quickly offered to let me charge my phone on her charger. We waited a good few mins … My phone seemed to take forever to charge back up!!! Felt like 10 mins had passed but the cashier could see my anxiety. She assured me it was fine and that there was no line so not to worry. My phone was taking unusually long so the other cashier asked a third coworker for a faster charger. They found one and got my phone charged in no time! I was able to pay for my items and enough juice to get back in touch with the rest of my family. Loved the clothes and the amazing team there! Thanks ladies!!!

I went to this store yesterday, at 5:30pm and my overall experience was terrible. I requested to try on one dress and was told by dumb and dumber employees, “FiTtInG RoOmS aRE ClOsEd” at 5:31pm when the mall closes at 6 pm. I then proceeded to talk to doodlebob the manager and she sighed and rolled her eyes and instructed her minions to open the fitting room. They Made a whole big deal to open a fitting room for me, but unlocked it with no hesitation for someone else at 5:40pm. All of these employees should learn better social and management skills.

First time I have ever had to write a review, never had an experience so horrible and disgusting. Took my sister to get some clothes and needed to exchange one shirt for another (same price and also included in the deal) immediately after buying, the size and design was not what she wanted since the cashier was rushing us to grab a 3rd shirt for the deal, so I asked one of the cashiers for an exchange after waiting in line a second time. Receipt, shirt with tags still in hand, and they responded instead by bringing two grown employees to yell at us (two teenage girls) and tell us they do not do exchanges. After having to calm two grown adults and my sister down I checked the receipt to see the terms for returns and it says “We will gladly exchange or give a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.” Didn’t see that being exercised at all, only saw two adults yelling at two teens. Very disappointed too as I work customer service and I never in my life would’ve treated anyone the way we were treated today. Disgusting.
