I just gotta say how amazing these ladies were at this store! I had just finished coming out of the dress room with my armful of super cute outfits and the cashier with the beautiful braids rang me up. I pull out my phone to realize it was dead! I’m so embarrassed since I hardly ever keep my actual cards on me. The other cashier quickly offered to let me charge my phone on her charger. We waited a good few mins … My phone seemed to take forever to charge back up!!! Felt like 10 mins had passed but the cashier could see my anxiety. She assured me it was fine and that there was no line so not to worry. My phone was taking unusually long so the other cashier asked a third coworker for a faster charger. They found one and got my phone charged in no time! I was able to pay for my items and enough juice to get back in touch with the rest of my family. Loved the clothes and the amazing team there! Thanks ladies!!!

I went to this store yesterday, at 5:30pm and my overall experience was terrible. I requested to try on one dress and was told by dumb and dumber employees, “FiTtInG RoOmS aRE ClOsEd” at 5:31pm when the mall closes at 6 pm. I then proceeded to talk to doodlebob the manager and she sighed and rolled her eyes and instructed her minions to open the fitting room. They Made a whole big deal to open a fitting room for me, but unlocked it with no hesitation for someone else at 5:40pm. All of these employees should learn better social and management skills.

First time I have ever had to write a review, never had an experience so horrible and disgusting. Took my sister to get some clothes and needed to exchange one shirt for another (same price and also included in the deal) immediately after buying, the size and design was not what she wanted since the cashier was rushing us to grab a 3rd shirt for the deal, so I asked one of the cashiers for an exchange after waiting in line a second time. Receipt, shirt with tags still in hand, and they responded instead by bringing two grown employees to yell at us (two teenage girls) and tell us they do not do exchanges. After having to calm two grown adults and my sister down I checked the receipt to see the terms for returns and it says “We will gladly exchange or give a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.” Didn’t see that being exercised at all, only saw two adults yelling at two teens. Very disappointed too as I work customer service and I never in my life would’ve treated anyone the way we were treated today. Disgusting.

Whoever closed tonight, does not need to be working in retail. No one who body shames anyone should be working in clothing. Extremely rude, how dare you judge anyone.

One Of My Favorite STORES. I HATED THAT THE STORE CLOSED IN THE GREATVINE MALL OUTLET. BUT GLAD ITS AT STONBRIAR MALL.

Tried exchanging for a different size for some items that were gifted to my mother. These items were never worn by her and bought a couple of days ago with all of the tags still on. Her niece bought them and flew back to NY with receipts. I could understand you can't refund without receipt but you can't exchange for a different size from a couple of days ago woth all the tags intact??? Never again. Get the with times CR it's the 21st Century. Semper Fi

Does not accept refunds and yet they closed the place to try the clothings. So if you do not fit, you can only exchange. Not comimg back.

I use to love this store. But not anymore. Who wants to shop at place that doesn't let you try in the clothes. I don't have time to be going back and forth to return things to see if they fit. Really in convert for people and health care workers.

This is a place with some great finds at times. You would need to be a bit careful to recheck the rate of items as customers often mix things up. The only weird things is that they don't allow customers to try out the shoes before you buy them.

I would give this a minus star if that was possible .a manager with bad attitude who doesn't care about customer satisfaction and refused to call her boss to explain the situation or solve the problem. after been waiting for over an hour she refused to exchange a dress and she preferred to waste her time arguing.bad quality clothes .

If I could put zero stars, I would. The store has products that are not good quality. The store’s policies are horrible. I went to buy a pair of sweatpants that I found ripped after I purchased them. I live almost an hour away from this mall and couldn’t return it soon. The manager was very rude when we arrived and treated us horribly. What type of store has a return policy of only 14 days? All the stores have very nice staff and clothes but this one is terrible. Stores all over the mall have at least a 30 day policy, but why does this one not have that? They just lost customers for this policy.
