I had a disappointing experience here with Samantha. She seemed young and not well-trained. Her demeanor was uncooperative, rude, and unprofessional. She lacked knowledge about the products and services, which made my visit frustrating. There were no greetings or basic courtesies, and despite my politeness, I received no acknowledgment when I left. The lack of communication skills and professionalism was concerning. I hope the bank addresses these issues to improve customer service in the future.

Anita Rao went above and beyond to help get all of our checks printed out when we had issues at other branches. We appreciate the assistance and care in providing extra services and seeing us even though I scheduled the appointment for another day by mistake!

The entire staff, including the manager, was incredibly polite and welcoming. A special mention goes to Mrs. Anita Rao, the banker who assisted me. She was extremely thorough and clear, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the process seamless and pleasant.

Just don't bank here. For the second time I went in and received horrible customer service. Last time I was there for 2 hours just to change my name after getting married, I had to leave finally and return to work and to this day I still don't have an updated debit card. Today I went in for a simple letter that their own customer service line said they could generate, just a simple letter that says I own my account. Not only could they not provide it but their rude little teller gave me attitude when I said this is why I don't use this bank for anything anymore and he had the nerve to say then why do you bank here at all....excuse me??? How about you do your job and I will worry about why I use this account and why I don't.

This branch sucks, they constantly only have one person working. So you go in to do a wire transfer and it’s a 30+ minute wait. Hire more people or just shut down the branch, if you can only take deposits or withdrawals you’re a useless location

Steer clear from here. My husband went to open a new account as we already have accounts at Chase. Before even sitting down to speak to a banker he was asked what he needed, he said to open an account and he was then asked if he was a US Citizen. He has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years and he has never came across such a ridiculous question especially before asking something like “Do you already bank with us” “Sure let’s sit down and discuss” nor has he ever been trained like this or trained his staff to ask this. When asked for the higher ups, as he was concerned other customers were being asked/treated this way, he got a call back but it was a passive “It was a misunderstanding and I’m sorry about that” Absolutely horrible customer service!
