This branch sucks, they constantly only have one person working. So you go in to do a wire transfer and it’s a 30+ minute wait. Hire more people or just shut down the branch, if you can only take deposits or withdrawals you’re a useless location

Steer clear from here. My husband went to open a new account as we already have accounts at Chase. Before even sitting down to speak to a banker he was asked what he needed, he said to open an account and he was then asked if he was a US Citizen. He has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years and he has never came across such a ridiculous question especially before asking something like “Do you already bank with us” “Sure let’s sit down and discuss” nor has he ever been trained like this or trained his staff to ask this. When asked for the higher ups, as he was concerned other customers were being asked/treated this way, he got a call back but it was a passive “It was a misunderstanding and I’m sorry about that” Absolutely horrible customer service!

I have never been to a bank to open a checking and savings account and been told “everyone that can open an account is busy.” She pulled out her hand held devise and told me she could look for an appointment for two days later. I’ve never heard of a bank that didn’t want business. What’s most convenient is not always the better option.

Literally the WORST branch. Was given incorrect information regarding my Mother’s accounts after her passing. Went back in with all required documentation to find out some of the issues I was having could have been resolved 2 months prior. Told by Paul Wynn that he would contact me in 3-5 business days to complete the process and set up the Estate Account. He never called. I emailed. He never responded to the email. I’ve been calling for 3 days at this point and NO ONE answers the phone. I called the 800# for help, not only could they not get ahold of the branch, but the email to the branch manager they sent on my behalf to contact me has also been ignored. I have three personal accounts at this bank in addition to what I am trying to finalize as the executrix of my mother’s estate and they have made this process and difficult time for me personally almost unbearable. This is completely ridiculous. I have an appointment to go in next week (now an additional 3 weeks later) to meet with another banker not even knowing if what I am waiting for is complete. DO NOT do business with this branch. They are HORRIBLE, uncaring and ridiculously unprofessional.

I only used the ATM and by the looks of the grimy machine buttons I would assume that Chase has never heard of Covid or thought about cleaning.

I used to go often to use the ATM after business hours, but these days the door doesn't open, so I can't use it.

Tellers are rude if you take too long they bring it up like if you are taking up their time. If they are getting paid hourly or salary they should not bring that up . I lost my card and asked for a replacement. He seemed bothered by taking the time to look for my account. But at any event, this branch has always been like this what else has changed. I'll try another branch.

I spoke with a young lady today! I believe her name was Tiffany. Anyways what a wonderful young lady. As busy as she was she made sure I had her undivided attention and answered all my questions. She is just a credit to your Bank. Your lucky to have her. I will be talking about her with friends. First time I've enjoyed going to the bank.

Great experience at this location. So glad I stopped in here instead of going down the road and having to deal with the long lines and bad attitudes. They took care of me quickly and professionally.
