At first I didn’t even know if I should write this cause people do have bad days and my experience might have been an anomaly but after reading some of the other experiences, I feel obligated to share.On Friday my wife and I attended this location to open a bank account. Initially no one attended to us until we walked up to the till. The cashier eventually told us that we had to either wait 45 minutes or make an appointment for a later date.We chose to wait. After waiting about 50 minutes we walked back in and spoke to Nicolo. Nicolo was very unhelpful (refusing to accept our lease as proof of address, refusing to accept pdfs saying he wasn’t allowed to print documents for us). The bottom line was he said he wouldn’t until we had our addresses on an offer sheet printed out somewhere other than the bank.We were able to obtain those documents and return within half an hour. When we arrived Nikolo was speaking with another customer. He didn’t acknowledge us despite making eye contact. We sat down and waited. Having waited a bit my wife got up to use the bathroom which had a code. When she asked the ladies at the till for the code they responded condescendingly that there was a public bathroom in the seven eleven!!! My wife explained that we had been there for 2 hours as customers. The condescending tones continued until we asked to speak to the manager. They told us he wasn’t available but when voices got raised he appeared and long and behold it was Nicolo. The staff kept using words like “crazy” to describe us which was astonishing!I at that point had decided not to do business with the bank but having spent a whole day on this wanted to get it done we decided to give it another shot at Nicole’s suggestion.So at Nicoleo’s request we went back into his office. He refused to apologize for his employees behaviours and how we were treated and continued to show no interest in getting our business or facilitating what we had come there for.Oh btw they did allow my wife to use the bathroom after she got upset.We left and went to Wells Fargo an intersection to the south and were treated like Gold. They opened the account with the same documents Nicolo had refused to accept. We loved how we were treated and gave them all of our business.I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like the feeling of being devalued and belittled.

I came to this bank to open a bank account. However, the employee there requested that we'd come later afternoon to do so. It baffles me because when I went to the next Chase Bank, they automatically began to help me open a bank account.

Today My wife and I walked in to this Chase Branch to open an account. We walked in and saw Bankers sitting behind desk. No one acknowledged us. Finally a men sitting behind a desk yelled Can I help you? We said we wanted to open an account. Personal or business he yelled. Personal. This man is too lazy and unprofessional to get up from his desk, instead he remained sitting and chose to yell. He then told us there is no one to help us. Make an appointment or come back tomorrow. We were shocked how unprofessional he was. We were more shocked when I demanded his business card and I found out Nicoulau Retsos is the Branch Manager and on his Business card it also says Vice President. This Branch and its Manager Nicolau are to be avoided. Pathetic and unprofessional service. We then went to Bank of America were we were greeted and welcomed. 20 minutes at Bank of America and we were their customers!

I wish I could give less but 1 star is the lowest scale. This is by far the worst branch any bank has. you can never walk into the bank and get help other than at the counter. you get fake smiles and greeting from the branch manager and some of the desk employees but it's of no help. the brunch manager is clueless and can't help with anything. I have seen greeters at other banks who can do more. Horrible visit on 5/19/23 when I needed help. all she can offer is worthless sorry-"I need to train other staff members" or "we're understaffed". I asked for the district manager information so I can make a compliant and the response from the branch manager is that she doesn't have information to provide. she said she would send the complaint on my behalf. How can I do this when I am complaining about you and your lack of knowledge. Try to get an appointment on a Saturday on a short notice, or even get someone to answer the phone any day or time. good luck!

Made an appointment to open an account, showed up early for the appointment even. They couldn’t even acknowledge us, had to essentially beg to get a cup for water when they had the heat turned up high on an 80 degree day. After half an hour we walked out. They obviously do not value a clients time.

I came in to endorse an insurance check. After being ignored for 10+ minutes someone finally acknowledged I was alive. They told me only a registered banker can do it and theirs is on vacation. I had to drive to a different city only to find out anyone can do it, even the tellers. I hate this branch.

Made an appointment a week in advance with David Soraiz to transfer over my business and personal checking. An hour before the appointment he calls to say he actually doesn't "have time" for the appointment. Ridiculously unprofessional. If this is how Chase handles business I'm glad I won't be banking with them.

Excellent service right from entering to getting my super complicated notarization done . Shout out to Jaylene for Lots of patience and getting job done . I had bad service experiences recently at custer/Virginia branch . After this branch experience , i will not try anywhere else . Note - schedule appt for better attention ?

If I could give a negative star, I would. I deposit over 50 checks a month to my business account from this location, and today the stupid teller told me I can't deposit the check because it doesn't have my full business name. All my previous check doesn't have the full business name, but I have no issues before at any bank. I went to another Chase down the road, and they have no issue depositing my check.

Always had a great experience with Chase bank and this branch. In particular, Jaylene has been amazing. She has helped me a couple of time and been super diligent, courteous and very helpful. This is what keeps me a long term Chase bank customer.

Drive thru needs serious training. Doesn’t take 2 tellers for a simple deposit and when the customer rowers the same thing verbatim it wasn’t “confirmed” any other way.

Great service however their business drive through is never open. Very inconvenient and makes me consider a different bank just to make it easier when in a rush.
