Racist experience. If you bring in cash to deposit, the teller will comment that the cash "smells like rice and chicken." Very unprofessional and not really that funny.

From the manager to the cleaning staff, this place rocks! They go out of their way to help customers, make calls within bank to bank, to help their clients resolve issues. For being as big as they are, they have not totally lost site of their purpose. I would have given them 5 stars but they mandate their employees to get vaccinated or fired and they all wear masks. Can't understand their muffled voices sometimes and if their ask vaccinated, why have them? And forcing any American to do something against their body and will, is un-American. But they did give me a free business account for being further military.

Showed up without an appt today for notary and to send a wire. Treated like I had a million dollars in the bank. I was in and out in under 20 min. Amazing customer service. Thank you Chase!

I walked in to open a new account. Looked around and there were no tellers. I looked over to the desk and a man told me to go around the corner and get in line. I said I was here to open an account and didn't need a teller. He was with nobody as was another women employee in a cubicle. He looked at me and said I have a customer coming in soon you'll have to make an appt. OK.....So I did go back home and made an appt. at Bank of America

I came to this Chase after going to another without an appointment or anything after the first one had no one to help. I was greeted right away and Martin came over to help me with what I needed and got me signed up and ready to go in as little as 20 minutes. He was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process and exactly the kind of customer service I would expect from a bank. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to open with Chase to come to this location

Wow, I hate to see all the negative reviews, as Martin has helped me through many issues and always is polite and overly helpful (especially when one of my business checking accounts was being attacked by fraud...never lost a dollar! Thanks Martin) He is the branch manager and sets the tone for the others in the branch.

Wow,What an amazing experience. From the moment I was greeted as I entered the bank, to the amazing customer service that was provided by the entire team there. I really appreciate Naeema meeting with me when I didn't have an appointment, it really spoke volumes. She was also very friendly, courteous, and insightful. If I could give this review 10 stars I would. This Chase location totally rocks.

They just suck. No help at all super irritating and they don't give you many options to help you. Go with Capital One. They actually help their customers.
