I was just met with a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism which is unacceptable by an employee at this Chase. The manager Vy is absolutely fantastic and I truly feel for her having to manage such a terrible employee. Unfortunately, I did not get the employees name, but he was a heavy set, African American male. Super unexpected and disappointing as someone who has used Chase for 15+ years. This is only a 2 star and not 1 star because of how great Vy was.

Tried coming in for the 4th time to open up a business account; not once have I seen an effort to accommodate my wife and I. First couple times the lady manager had an attitude, not once they have been able to help with any request. They even gave me trouble with a simple cashier’s check. Terrible CHASE. Useless should be name of the location.

Takes weeks to get a hold on checks lifted. Everyone says there is nothing they can do. Bank else where.

The ATM machine in this particular location always is out of order and very poor customer service, try to avoid this brunch

Five stars to Neepa Shah for her professional customer service! She did a great job helping me to get the medallion stamp done which was such a relief from the endless calls. The other banker was very helpful too. Thank you!

It feels like a broken record at this point amd public knowledge but Chase as a company just keeps getting worse and worse.This branch represents one of the worst experiences you can have with them as the service is horrendous.
