Unlike many other branches, this location doesn't have an ATM inside that has small bills. The teller, however, was very friendly and helpful.

You only two star rating already gives you a pretty good heads up that Chase is not the preferred bank to do business with. However, I've never had a bank that would not cash their own clients check on presentment. That's essentially what Chase bank did to my client today. In order to qualify for a discount, my Client should've sent an electronic payment. Unfortunately, he had difficulty using the process to get that done so sent a paper check by expedited delivery. The problem is that the payment doesn't count unless it actually post and clears. By the time Chase bank got it delivered to us, he only has today to have it to his account to avoid losing several thousand dollars. This is a credit requirement that cannot be waived. He assumed his own bank would honor his check. Of course, he forgot he does business with Chase. As a courtesy to try to help the client avoid this hit, i presented the check in person and asked it to cash its customers check. What I learned is that basically purchase policy, it does not have a process to cancel a check for more than $2500 for any of its customers when presented by the recipient of that check. Well Chase does not officially acknowledge that this is their policy, in operation it is. Celeste informs me that if the check is for more than $2500 they will not pay cash in return for the check. Alternatively, they will not issue a cashiers check to the recipient of the check unless they are customer of Chase Bank. Basically that means that you cannot present the check at the issuer Bank and have it honored if the issuer is a customer of Chase Bank. Congratulations Chase Bank customer, your bank does not honor your check up upon resentment. My client will pay a big hit because it has a shady bank. Probably don't want to use Chase if you have any other options.

I came in just about 10 mins before they close on a Tuesday afternoon, and Yubi was very helpful and friendly. Didn’t rush me at all. Really enjoyed people like her who have a pleasant personality with people. Highly recommend!! She was so sweet.

Made an appointment days prior with Sunita Kulkarni. No signs or messages being late or any conflict of schedule between both parties. But now, I’m inside Chase, waiting for Sunita to show up over 15 mins late because of a doctor’s appointment. Munjib, the branch manager has explained the situation and gave me options to not waste my time. These are the facts.So I felt the pressure of make such a choice that none are my choices in the beginning. Find another branch,… or bank. These are my opinions*currently working with Ron Newton who fortunately got available for me and Manjib made this executive decision.**Received a call from Sunita after my visit. I really wish to give this Chase a 2 star because of Ron’s recovery, but overall I am disappointed. Edited my rating from 2 to 1.This is merely my experience at that time, I hope yours will be better. Ty

This site has the best customer service. My favorite clerk named Latifa is just amazing. She has a great personality and a beautiful smile. Anytime I come to the bank, she just does everything to make my day.

Bank tellers are great. I use the drive through multiple times a week and every time I pull up they greet me with my name. Great service!

Scank Jamie Dimon charges $10 to cash a check made by their acct holder if you dont have acct w those crooks.

I went to this bank because my wife has an account under it and I needed to give them $900 to put into her account and I gave them her account number they didn't want to take my money that's a shame now they're getting a bad review because of it because they don't want to accept money which is what they do normally and that don't make no sense policy or no policy you're a bank you're supposed to exchange money if needed or given to
