One person can change the whole direction of your day if you allow them.??? I went in with a small chase account check $150 to cash on Monday after 7/1 at 3:45-4 and because I didn’t have enough in my account to cover the check the woman teller would not honor the check at all, even though the check was a corporate Chase account holder. She didn’t even try. I mentioned if I didn’t have a Chase account you would hono and cash it with no problem, correct, Both said, yes. I was so annoyed so I went to the Chase up the street on Preston. The Teller asked if I had account, I said yes, he asked for my bank card to find my account faster, The check was honored and cashed with no questions. Just over a wonderful experience with the other location. There is a reason I have three other accounts elsewhere.

Our whole family loves Matt! He is very personable and responsive. He has taken excellent care of us, from assisting with minor issues, opening up many accounts for us over the years, and giving me great advice on which accounts to would serve my needs best. I'll never bank anywhere else as long as Matt is at Chase!

Customer service needs lots of improvement. The tellers are great. But personal bankers are not existent and they never answer their phones. Save yourself some headaches!

Just went into the branch today to get some help with a wire transfer. Boy were we blown away by our service.Michael, the Branch Manager, helped us. He was an absolute stallion of an agent. He was both knowledgeable and helpful as well as charming & dare I say handsome.They office decor was the cherry on top. Each office came equipped with these cute little green lamps & I love lamp!To celebrate, on our way out we stopped at the ATM and loaded up on singles for the night we have ahead of us.

Always left waiting unless I schedule ahead even though when calling they said to walk in. It doesn’t matter if they have staff there or all offices have people.

Michael is such an amazing guy! We got in some trouble and he completely fixed it us. Anyone else would have taken the highway but he helped us in a way no one could have. That’s what bankers are for! I’m a fan!

This branch in West Frisco TX off Lebanon Road is located in one of the fastest growing areas in the nation. Aaron Friedman (branch manager) runs a wonderful branch. Aaron is always there and works very hard.I am particularly happy with Kirsten (Holst) Ford. She is so interested in being proactive in helping clients benefit in Chase programs for personal and business. Outstanding services and service.I also want to thank John (teller). There is another lady teller that had a baby about 2 years ago (so so nice). Their staff is very helpful and nice!!Further, Chase has set the standard in online services. Their website and support system makes it so easy to manage checking and credit cards. They have such great services!Thank you Aaron, Kirstin, John, & staff for your outstanding knowledge and service!!!! Keep up the awesome work, it is being noticed!!!!

Employees don't know the difference between federal regulations and internal bank requirements. Also they don't believe in freedom of choice.
