You only two star rating already gives you a pretty good heads up that Chase is not the preferred bank to do business with. However, I've never had a bank that would not cash their own clients check on presentment. That's essentially what Chase bank did to my client today. In order to qualify for a discount, my Client should've sent an electronic payment. Unfortunately, he had difficulty using the process to get that done so sent a paper check by expedited delivery. The problem is that the payment doesn't count unless it actually post and clears. By the time Chase bank got it delivered to us, he only has today to have it to his account to avoid losing several thousand dollars. This is a credit requirement that cannot be waived. He assumed his own bank would honor his check. Of course, he forgot he does business with Chase. As a courtesy to try to help the client avoid this hit, i presented the check in person and asked it to cash its customers check. What I learned is that basically purchase policy, it does not have a process to cancel a check for more than $2500 for any of its customers when presented by the recipient of that check. Well Chase does not officially acknowledge that this is their policy, in operation it is. Celeste informs me that if the check is for more than $2500 they will not pay cash in return for the check. Alternatively, they will not issue a cashiers check to the recipient of the check unless they are customer of Chase Bank. Basically that means that you cannot present the check at the issuer Bank and have it honored if the issuer is a customer of Chase Bank. Congratulations Chase Bank customer, your bank does not honor your check up upon resentment. My client will pay a big hit because it has a shady bank. Probably don't want to use Chase if you have any other options.

Don't go to this location . You have people coming out to greet you and offer water which would be the branch manager as well . Telling you it would only be a few minutes to be help knowing I didn't have an appt . And then you just sit there until your tired and eventually walk out . They tell you it's only a few minutes while they are taking appts in even though it's more then an hour wait . Tired exhausted I walked out .

Good service. Teller was respectful and helpful. I made several transactions and she was very patient with me. I like that they call you by your name. It feels nice, it's personalized. Thank you Branch is clean .

I have been banking with this branch for quite a few years. Most of my experiences have been positive; there are several women who work the drive-thru who can be very rude and uppity, but for the most part, this location is very helpful. David Soraiz is extremely helpful; he assisted my 82-year-old grandmother with opening her account and helped make it a very easy process for her. He also gave me great advice about investing and explained many new features to me that Chase has that I was unaware I qualified for. If you have great credit, be sure to ask to speak to him and let him talk to you about your financial goals - I am very glad I did! Plus, he has a fantastic personality and he seems to take a genuine interest in being helpful. It is apparent that he enjoys helping his clients reach their financial goals. Just avoid the drive-thru. Ugh.

Today I worked with Mr. Yash Ajmeri he was very helpful, personable, and answered all my questions. The bank tellers were wonderful as well. I was helped within minutes of walking in and after opening my new accounts I had instant access to use my cards via Apple Pay.

I see why this branch has 1.5 stars. It sucks. I made the horrible decision of stopping by on a midweek late-morning and good God was service horrible and slow. At the drive-thru, after filling out my withdrawal slip, I was met with a snappy "we'll be right with you." Moments later, they're sending my cash down and saying have a nice day. Hold up. Every branch I've ever been to asks "how can I help you?" when they're ready to assist you. I received none of that. I sent the tube back and asked for "a roll of quarters and very small bills for the other $20." The lady sent back a roll, a 10, and 2 fives. Is she for real? She's for real. Frustrated, I ended up getting my lazy ass out of the car to go inside for the VERY SMALL BILLS I requested. I was the only person in line and it took 10mins before the same woman helped me. While I waited, that woman and a male teller chatted it up, not looking busy at all. Then that same dude had the caucasity to come around the counter and ask, "what do you need help with today?" With an obvious envelope of cash in my hand, I told him, "I need these swapped into ones since I'm going through toll booths out of state." He says, "Oh. Well, I don't have the cash. That's behind the counter so 1 of these ladies will help you." *walks off NO SHIT! Why do you think I'm standing in the line for the teller with an envelope of cash in my hand?! Literally the dumbest encounter I've had. Like, why even ask to help me, bro? I know you don't have the cash, but your nosy ass asked what's up and my dumb ass thought, "Maybe Chad will hop behind the counter and assist me. Maybe Chadley will ask the woman to stop what she's doing and get me out of here." Choseph did none of that. Chadsworth just gave me a headache. Cutting this bullshittery short, it took 20mins to get $30 during the least busiest time in human history. Don't go here unless you want to have a frustratingly funny story to tell your family and friends (and Yelp).

Horrible service! Been here for 40 minutes already for something that should normally take not more than 15 minutes. This Personal Banker, Young Lee, is inept. The tellers look and dress unprofessionally.

Chase is the absolute worst and I urge others to not invest or waste their time with such an inept banking institution. You would think that they would treat military families with the upmost respect but think again. My husband and I had a large deposit scheduled for October 24, 2018. The check came from Fidelity Investments a reputable company and should have cleared no later than October 26,2018. On October 26,2018 we spoked to three different departments to get an explanation as to why there was a delay in the deposit. However, every associate we spoke with tried to route us to different departments. After a while we felt that we were being passed around until finally we got an agent on the phone willing to assist. We explained our issue, with through verification and was informed initially that they did not see a pending transaction for the amount mentioned. After placing us on hold for 45 minutes they were able to confirm that they did see the pending transaction and informed us that it was under review and would be cleared by 11:00 am October 26,2018. We thanked them for their time and felt some what at ease at the end of the conversation. By 11:00 I noticed that the deposit had not cleared, my husband explained to give them more time. Come Saturday morning, I contacted the bank and explained to them that the deposit had not cleared. The representative informed me that they could not deposit something they did not have, but shortly placed me on a long hold. When she came back on the line, she explained that the check was returned due to the wrong routing number, keep in mind that this was the third time Fidelity investment transferred funds. I asked for an explanation because this was not an issue in the past, the representative transferred me to their claims department. The representative stated that his name was Joseph, and that he would investigate the matter further. Joseph placed me on a long hold, when he came back to the phone he confirmed the funds were transferred back to Fidelity and that it would take five business days before they receive it. Imagine my husband and I disbelief considering that we had a very important business deal at 3:30. When we asked to escalate the matter, Joseph stated that there were no other leaders around and that there was nothing else to do. We have been loyal clients with the institution for the last 10 years but will no longer do business with Chase as of today. I am pregnant, and my husband and I work too hard to leave our finances with an incompetent establishment that cares nothing for their customers!

No one in line but me, a teller and a manager at the counter and they are telling me to stand and wait. I'm at a loss as to why with two employees and no other customers I'm standing around waiting to get some help. Not exactly at the top of their game customer service wise.

This is the WORST BANK IVE EVER VISITED!! Stay away from here. They are so rude and not helpful at all. I came in with card issues and they seemed to enjoy my suffering and couldn't even help me. If I could give zero stars I will. The guy Chris there was so rude to me, he kept staring me down as if he wanted to fight me or something. Horrible customer service.

Not sure where to start. I have huge balances at chase, several businesses accounts, mortgage, etc. The backers and manager at the back are very nitpicking. They won't notarize a document because it doesn't have notary block in it. Exists everytime I go in. Well, I am done with this location and chase. I am taking my business to an online broker/bank who will give me a decent return on my deposit without the headache. You don't need a brick and mortar location to do banking. The world is changing.

Worst customer service ever among all the chase bank I have been to. The branch manager here - Jeff Burrier - will not let me withdraw $5000 from my checking due to some reasons, his main concern was the amount is too large. He kept me waiting by the teller while on the phone in the back office "trying" to get more information on me when I have already showed them the debit card and photo id, and also keyed in the pin #, dont understand what's the hold up. When I asked to see the manager again, the response was he is still on the phone and dont know when he will finish, and that I can leave if I have go somewhere. I left after 45 min waiting with no response. Will not come back to this branch again.

I went to cash a check at this location , I have been a customer with them since they were bank one , I have never had been treated this way as a criminal and treated very poorly by the Branch Manager , I was written a check by a locale business , I had my Texas DL and chase card still refused to cash the check and gave no reason to do so, he turned his back and went to a teller side office, when asked for reason he did not give. I thought I was disrespected devalue as a customer. I have been banking in the USA for over 30 years this is the worse experience I have had. zero for customer service.
