I couldn’t be more impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive in Frisco. When my Mustang started leaking oil, they were the most honest and straightforward people I’ve ever dealt with. Instead of trying to upsell or push unnecessary work, they explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and took care of it the right way. It’s rare these days to find a shop you can trust with both honesty and quality of service — but these guys absolutely deliver. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for real integrity in car care.

Jeff at the front desk is highly informative and has a great spirit! I was here for car inspection and it was done within 20 min. Customers are highly regarded , respected and served with reverence 🙏🏻. I also had question for car repair and Jeff helped with the contact details to reach out to! Overall a great first customer experience and affordable prices. Will definitely come for more business!

I gave 1 star because of 2,000 I spent on struts for my car. I brought my car in and told them that I thought that I needed starts because my car was making a loud noise.. I told the guy that could he check my car to verify. Well he said I needed struts and when I got my car back it was still making the loud noise. So Took it to another company and they told me that I needed wheel baron for the front 2 tires. STOP USING the name Christain for your company because it’s far from that. And that guy that supposedly checked my car out he lied. He knows my car needed wheel barons. What a waste of money I have called the owner with no return call. I’m thinking that the staff didn’t tell her

A Safe Place in the Middle of Chaos — Thank You, Jeff & Jaymee
On June 30th, my truck broke down right in front of a customer’s house — one of the most emotionally overwhelming moments I’ve ever had. I was in tears, unsure what to do next, and when I called another shop for help, they literally hung up on me.
But then I called Christian Brothers Automotive, and Jeff picked up the phone. I was crying, anxious, and vulnerable — but he didn’t flinch. He responded with compassion and care, and even arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle at no charge. In that moment, he gave me not just help, but hope.
Since then, Jeff, Jaymee, and the entire team have shown me nothing but kindness, grace, and support — not just as a customer, but as a human being. They've made countless accommodations for me during an incredibly hard season of my life, sometimes even cutting costs in half or waiving them altogether. I’ve cried in their lobby, and they’ve always created a space that felt safe and understanding — and never once judged me for being overwhelmed.
I’m an outside sales rep. My livelihood depends on being able to show up, be present, and serve others. That day, after Jeff helped me get my truck to the shop, I dried my tears, walked into my appointment, and closed my fifth sale. That might sound like a small win — but for me, it was a breakthrough moment that reminded me just how strong I am. And I wouldn’t have been able to pull that off without Christian Brothers being the steady anchor I needed.
If you're looking for more than just car repair — if you want to be treated with humanity, honesty, and heart — go to Christian Brothers. People like Jeff and Jaymee are the reason I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else.

As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciate their patience and clarity!! They informed me about facets of my situation that allowed me to make the decision that was in my best interest; despite it being less money for them. They even took the time to put my truck on a lift walk me through what we spoke about

The quality of service has drastically gone down since last September while the cost has increased dramatically. I am now consistently getting $700+ charges on my regular car servicing. Unnecessary air filter change recommendations etc. Also, there were problems in my service that I had to further pay to fix! Not the same anymore

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, but due to an unexpected scheduling issue, there was a delay. However, the team at Christian Brothers went above and beyond to ensure my experience was made right. Their commitment to excellent customer service truly impressed me. I’ll absolutely continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend Christian Brothers for any and all automotive needs. Thank you again to the entire team!

I brought my truck in for some maintenance, got everything done on time and stayed open late and waited for me to get there on a Friday afternoon to pick up my vehicle. Great service, truck good as new.

I added another 5 stars because not only did they fix my car but they went out of their way to put back my front bumper that was kind of popped off! 🥰
When I saw that, I did a double take and was like “that is so nice!” And proceeded to cry in a H.E.B parking lot, but with tears of joy! But listen, with the experience that I have had lately with mechanics at other shops, the tears were needed! 😅
Thank you to the mechanics that worked on my car and thank you to the people at the front desk. Seriously, the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.
Ladies, this place won’t mess with you, they respect you and your money and time. ❤️❤️❤️

Had an issue with my AC and took it to Kwik Kar that initially recharged the system and said it was good. 2 days later it was cutting out again at random times. Went back and they did a dye test on it only to now find that there was a leak in two different places of the AC system, and that it would cost $1700. Decided to get a 2nd opinion at Christian Brothers and see if they come to the same conclusion. They did an EXTENSIVE look throughout not only the AC system, but the whole car. And they found out it was a valve malfunctioning, and it was going to be way cheaper.
Wont ever go anywhere else for car maintenance. These people actually know what they're doing.
And special shout out to Jamie and Jeff for being super courteous and knowledgeable.
