Love this theater! I saw Toy Story in a Dbox seat. The intensity in the chair really matched those scenes in the movie and the screen was huge, curved and a great theater. It was such a great experience seeing Toy Story. The employees were great! This theater is great and in a convenient location!

Update: one of the employees was waiting outside of the doors when the movie ended, and explained that the ac went out mid movie. They passed out free tickets to everyone in the theater.
Can’t enjoy the movie when and it’s 90° in the theater. Im sweating just sitting in these leather seats.

We had to wait 30mins until the movie started. Why? Ads were repeating itself 3 times before the actual movie started. Other than that, fun seats, yummy popcorn, and alright soda. But fix the ad thing. Ridiculous.

First of all, I was going to put one star for this experience but it was NOT the theater’s fault so I am putting 5 stars because they handled it well.
It’s NOTHING about the staff or business, I am here every week and love everything about this Cinemark. The staff is amazing and most of the time I have a great experience coming here, excluding today.
Today was my dad’s birthday so I bought 6 tickets to the 35th anniversary of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, one of his favorite movies. We were all very excited until getting into the theatre and seeing a family with a few kids who were throwing popcorn onto a family in the row in front of them. The mom was apologetic and scolded the kids, who proceeded to be unruly and loud the ENTIRE movie. The parent allowed them to crawl over other seats, bang on the walls, stomp on the ground in other people’s rows by their seats, and run around the WHOLE THEATRE yelling with popcorn buckets on their heads, while she sat back and TALKED ON HER CELL PHONE in the middle of the movie. Multiple people asked her to leave or at least attempt to be quiet, but she ignored them. My dad quietly asked her to leave, as everyone paid to be here and their experience was being ruined, and she just said “so what?”
Eventually it got so bad and she was getting so many complaints, a couple employees were informed and she left with the kids….with only 15 minutes left in the movie.
Everyone in the theatre got a free movie credit thanks to the amazing and helpful employees! 10/10!
This is just a PSA to not ruin other people’s experiences that THEY PAY FOR! If your kids are being unruly and literally ruining something for dozens of other people, don’t just sit on your phone and watch them do it. Take them out of the theatre! Don’t be that person.
Again, this is not on Cinemark or the staff, they are amazing. Just sharing my experience.

Very clean place and upscale right in the heart of the Frisco main street area. Theaters are large, but not every showing utilizes the biggest theater experience. Only the newest movies that just came out will show in the best large screen theater with the best sound. Call first and ask if your movie is showing on the biggest screen. Otherwise you will be disappointed to watch your action movie on a regular size screen where you can just go to your nearby theater instead of this one. Seats in the theater have a relaxing recliner type for ultra comfortability. Concessions area has an open concept design and has many junk foods to choose from. Nice and very clean place. Recommended for your movie experience.

I went to see a movie advertised to start at 7:15 PM, but by 7:33 PM it was still nothing but ads and trailers. I paid for a movie ticket, not 20 minutes of commercials. This feels like a waste of time and money, and it’s misleading to customers when the listed start time isn’t actually when the movie begins. Please be honest about when the feature film actually starts or shorten the pre-show ads. Customers deserve transparency and respect for their time.
