The cashiers were racially profiling a group of Mexican guys who were at least in their 40’s coming from a long day of work asking them for their ID. They didn’t have their ID on them and asked them if they had their Green Card.

A dark-skinned person treated me terribly. He threw the bag at me so I could put the products I had bought in there myself. I thought it was disrespectful.

While my customer service experience at this location is always very pleasant, the exterior of the building is absolutely horrible, particularly the rear of the building. It looks like a dumpster exploded behind the building. I've mentioned the condition to the staff on more than one occasion and the trash continues to be ignored. It's an extreme eyesore for the neighborhood!

Cheap drinks expensive for everything else but as a soda lover it’s awesommmeeee extremely clean for a convenience store but PLEASE LOWER THE CELSIUS PRICES I JUST WANT A TASTE ?

This store needs the tire machine replaced. One time it was broken and deflated my tire to nearly no pressure. Thankfully the tire machine at the 7 eleven across the road worked.
The next time employee said they put a ticket in and it should be fixed and again the machine deflated my tire once more.
After that I just started using 7 eleven to fill up my tires because I'm not trusting that janky old machine they have there anymore.
Similar I've had issues with pumps rebooting on my during fill up. They never turned off the flow of gas and I reported it to the staff but they do have issues with some pumps crashing and randomly rebooting themselves.
As is the usual with any convince store, they are stocked to the brim with all products people don't want. The products that are high movers and sell out very fast they are always out of and waiting for the next truck.
For example monster energy import. They could reduce some isles of the the regular monster and bring in more monster import so ensure it's stocked but no they have a single isle on the rack and that moves fast in a few days they usually sell out.
Similar to a fe chocolates they used to stock that either have completely disappeared or are all sold off.
It came to the point where I'm there mostly just for gas. But if the prices go up then I'm switching all together to the 7 eleven down the road.
And this location isn't the only one with issues because i went to another circle k and that tire machine did the same thing deflated my tire because it was broken.
The pump starts but it sounds like it could be a broken valve switch that or the pump motor is weak or broken. It was so weak in these locations that I could block the air flow with my finger and it wouldn't create pressure.
Not to mention that second location has a car wash that's mangled up and the noises it's making sounds like it's on its last leg about to give up any day of the week now.
As a company circle k does not seem to care about managing their locations to insure quality and working machines.
For example like WAWA. Never have I ever visited a Wawa with broken tire machines or missing product because of bad inventory controls.
Heck even 7 eleven is better at it too.
They need to improve. They need to change out old machines and give the popular product more stock over the products that just sit there wasting away.

It’s 9:04 PM & the lights are on but the door is locked. Makes no sense! Horrible customer service! Just shut down the whole store entirely. There’s no use. If there’s anyone on duty they’re not doing their job at all.

Store has sale signs (but 1 get another for $1, etc.) that they refuse to honor, and the price tags on many items are wrong. Even after showing the signs and tags to the cashier they say there's nothing they can do.
On top of that, moldy donuts.

Tried after a looooong time since I had bad experience here and posted a review that day. As of today (jul 18th 2024) The customer service has gotten to its lowest level possible !!!! Disgusting !!!! Yikes
