Fantastic customer service, a talented jeweler and reasonable pricing. I took a ring that was handed down to me and has been in my family for five generations now, and Raluca helped me to figure out what to do in order to make the ring like new again. The jeweler rebuilt the prongs, resized and rhodium plated the ring for me, and it turned out fantastic. Now I am able to wear the same ring that my great-great grandfather wore many years ago. I am super happy with the service they provided, and highly recommend Classique Jewelers.

Update, more damages to my Tissot T touch expert. This hack of a place put the back on the watch but forgot the gasket. Wow, now after swimming my watch is fried. I will send to Tissot for repairs and bill the jewelers.

They have really gone downhill in customer service. Would not warranty a repair that was only 2 weeks old. Took them 2 weeks to respond. Prior to that they tried to keep my layaway deposit. When I changed my mind they had every intention of keeping my $100 until I showed them their own policy That gave refunds within 30 days. I would not trust them. And I will never buy from there again. They are not the same family operated honest business from 15 yeast ago.

Wow they don't open at 10am. I was there at 930am after breakfast near by which I didn't mind waiting. I was recommended to them. I was waiting outside the door at 950am making a call. At 1001, door locked. They were inside i looked inside and they didn't bother to let me in. Honestly felt racism. They didn't want to service me?

Had to leave a review after reading some of the negative ones and almost looking for another place to go. While I had a relatively simple transaction (fixing a broken gold chain), my experience from the initial phone call, to dropping it off and picking it up was nothing but professional, friendly courtesy. They offered helpful advice for future purchases and charged me less than another place for the repair. I would recommend giving them a try if you were scared off by other negative reviews. I can only surmise that someone (on either side) was having a bad day. We're all human. Good luck!

I’ve waited a few months to post this review. My wedding rings are a mess. It’s been about a yr and a half since I had it repaired. A small diamond replace, the engagement ring sized and soldered to the ring guards and all prongs checked. Within a week the diamond fall out. They replaced it at no cost. About 10 months, later the soldering broke. It was only soldered in one small spot. And lastly, the jeweler did not thicken the band of my engagement ring. It was so left so thin and has a broken in half.We have used this store through out the years as we’ve needed a reliable/ trustworthy jewelers. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

This is a follow up to my review about the battery replacement.The Tissot T Racer works just fine. Battery replaced. The scratches though will have to be buffed out.The Victorinox watch will not work. The crown pin was broke. The back was removed to install new battery and crown is broken. There is a plastic ring that has a slot for the crown pin. They must have missed place the plastic insert and broke the crown pin. This is why the back was on the watch loose when it was picked up.First review is in Yelp.

I was a good and loyal customer of Classique Jewelers in Frisco. I have used them for repairs, appraisals, and have made some significant purchases of beautiful jewelry. I went there on Saturday, 10/15 to have a link removed from a watch band. The store was certainly not crowded when I arrived, but additional customers did arrive as I waited to be served. The blonde lady at the register was courteous and tried to be helpful. Her associate who was helping other customers was just the opposite. Her “take it or leave it” approach to customer service left me feeling unappreciated. I will not be back.

Spectacular experience, professional, conscientious, and will work until they get it right. I had a repair and wanted it just perfect and after a 2nd time with the jeweler, it was just perfect! Ill be getting my engagement ring next!

Went here to find my dream engagement ring and found it! The staff here is amazing, knowledgeable, very kind, and patient. I walked in thinking we *might* find what I wanted to walking out an hour later with my dream engagement and wedding ring having been found! Now, we are just waiting to have the diamond I chose for the center stone to be set in it in just a few more days. Wow! So happy! Thank you, Classique!

I see all the positive reviews about this place but my interactions with them have been incredibly negative. The staff that I have dealt with has had lots of ego and they are always on the defense. One of the incidents, I called inquiring about getting some pieces appraised. A man answered and advised I would need to leave my jewelry with them for about a week as they have a guy that comes by randomly and not during working hours. I asked if I could make an appt and he said no. I advised I had a few pieces and it sounds kind of sketchy. Regardless of any reviews, I'm not familiar with this place and I'm not going to do something outside my comfort zone with very sentimental pieces to me. He said some people bring in 12 (in comparison to my 3) making me feel devalued as a customer. He then said there's nothing sketchy about it completely unsympathetic and seemingly very defensive. How about making me feel comfortable in the process and addressing my concerns?? Terrible customer service and I certainly don't trust them with any of my jewelry. If they don't respect me as a customer they probably won't respect my post prized pieces. Side note - I see other reviews speak of negative experiences with a man when they called too. Hopefully, they will read these and address the issue.

Went to Classique Jewelers for the first time for a ring repair and all staff provided outstanding and professional service. Certainly, worthy of a 5 star review.
