I chose Cleopatra Beauty Lounge because of the great reviews. I was able to get in right away for a brow and lash tint.
There was no introduction, she did not ask me about tint colors-no customer service. I had eye makeup on because I had been running errands. You would think that a lash and brow place would have make up remover!? Nope. I was given tiny cotton ball after tiny cotton ball with a couple sprays of water on it. I wasn’t wearing much make up or anything water proof and the process took a bit of work. The lady had long acrylic nails and wore no gloves to work around my eyes!
I communicated that I wanted light brown brows (natural color is blonde and white eyelashes), and black upper lashes.
Next she had me lay back in the chair and close my eyes. She was threading my brows. I did not ask for that, did not book that and with super fair skin and not much brows, I thought it was unnecessary. And dang, that hurt! Given the choice, I would have chosen wax but again-no communication.
The lashes…when she was wiping it off, she got it in the corner of my eyes even though they were closed. It burned. I told her it burned and i asked if the dye was off, if I could open my eyes now and for a wet cotton ball or Kleenex. Instead of giving me these things, she was running around, saying hold on and telling me it can burn. She came back with a hand held fan to pojnt at my burning eyeballs. I asked for a wet kleenex again. It was ridiculous.
My brows were dark brown after asking for light brown and she asked if I wanted them darker. ?!!! No, I want them lighter-so she started wiping them with water. Ugh. It was not a great experience at all.
If anyone reading this can recommend a brow place that specializes in blonde hair, it would be appreciated!
My lashes aren’t even dyed black to the ends so it was a waste of time, money and caused pain. I am mad at myself for paying for services that I didn’t ask for (threading), lashes that are non existent after a tint that hurt (she tried to tell me it always burns. Uh, not true because I have had it done before with no pain).
She said they are moving to Aubrey. I don’t know if she means just her or the entire business. I am glad others had great services but today wasn’t my lucky day.

Just got my eyebrows waxed and I am very satisfied with them. I hardly go anywhere new for my eyebrow because it’s so hard to find anyone who does them well. Thank you ☺️

Nadreen was amazing! She waxed and threaded my eyebrows, I barely felt it and they look great! I highly recommend her!

I visited this beauty salon to have my eyebrows cleaned, something I hadn’t done in two years after a previous experience at another salon left my left eyebrow completely damaged. Here, they not only achieved exactly what I was hoping for but also recommended products to help my eyebrows grow. Thank you, Vida, for your expert advice and professionalism. Jasmine is absolutely the best and she definitely always delivers the best results. I had threading and facial done a couple of times and I am super happy with her work. She has always been my go to person and only take appointments if she is available. Absolutely recommend ??

I have gotten my eyebrows threaded here on multiple occasions only because the lady that did them was actually good, but when I went back she longer worked there. I recently went on the 21st of June and went in the shop(empty with clients)where there were like 6 workers just sitting around talking and I tell them what I want and they began looking at each other saying " it's your turn, no it's your turn". So the lady gets up and start on my brows and I knew instantly she didn't know what she was doing, but it was too late to turn back. I told her my brows looked horrible and she started smiling saying oh no, they pretty they pretty. I paid for the mess she did, but I will no longer support this business. I asked for the owner and of course they said she was out the country. How can you even leave your business to be run by incompetent people?!!!!

I have come here only twice. First time was a good experience so I came back. The second time was today when I once again came for a bikini wax, there were three ladies sitting around and no customers were in the facility. I walked in and shared I was there for a wax appointment. The women all looked at each other. Asked what kind, I said “ bikini and it’s an appointment”. No one should be surprised. They began pointing at one another for the other to do it. Very uncomfortable. All three disgruntled. Not going to have this done with people who are acting this way as we all know this will be done poorly. I said “ok, never mind. I don’t need it”. I walked out. I get close to my car and the bleached blonde walks out after my screaming “wah, wah, wah, don’t be sad”. Harassing me. Excuse me? I said “you don’t need my business”. Mind you, the lounge was completely empty and the last time I was here had no one in here either . The fact that you chased after me to harass me is ridiculous.

I booked appointment for me and my mother for facial , when I reached there nobody was aware that appointment was booked because owner was out of country , after 5-10 min the lady on counter agree to do facial , before facial start the assistant trick my mom and said do you want remove hair for facial , my mother thought service was booked in advance so it was include with it , she said yes , here is the worst cunning part , the assistant didn’t mention my mom that it was $45 for extra charges , how unofficial to trick 78 year lady , when I asked her , did you mention my mother that it was extra charges , she has no answer , and then she called her owner , except apologizing mistake of her worker she said don’t you guys know how much charges for it , well we booked appointment in advance after reading charges online , miss nadia it’s not about money , it’s cheating to not explain customer that this will be coast extra charges , when you do business make sure accept mistake ,I am attaching booking confirmation so nobody can reply with that this is fake review
