TERRIBLE costumer service. Me and my friend walked in and we didn’t get greeted or asked if we needed help. We decided to get food and later came back and still no one helped us. They greeted everyone else and we felt completely ignored. I finally had to ask if I could get help and the employee said “what’s up.” :/ I don’t know if they thought just because we were teenagers that we weren’t going to buy anything? But customers should never be treated like this.

I had an incredible experience with Emily! She is so kind, sweet and compassionate. She helped me pick out bags and gave me honest feedback. She also did a crazy good job decking out my bags with chains—that takes talent and she’s got it! Coach, you have an a plus employee here. She clearly enjoys her job and is very good at it. She even foiled my custom coach tag and it was fire! Aliah was also a ray of sunshine and very helpful! I had a great expectant will shop here again! A+++ experience. They made my whole day!

I went into Stonebriar for one specific buy this Monday evening, the Brooklyn 28’ shoulder bag! There was two gentleman, a blonde one that did his best and another that refused to sell to me. I say that because after I racked up the bill at Marquise Jewelers and I’m heading out I see the bag I had requested sitting on the table in the front.
On the bright side I received amazing service from Rose and Arham at Marquise Jewelers.

My friends and I walked in looking at the bags, considering possibly buying one, but were approached by a male employee who assumed we were just “browsing” and didn’t offer any further help and then proceeded to follow us around the store. This made our experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming, we decided against buying the bag after this experience.

BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! I live closer to Fort Worth but drove over to Stonebriar Mall. I’m so glad I did & will drive over again. Trinity helped me find exactly what I was looking for & the store manager, oh my gosh, she made my shopping day complete! The staff were so incredibly kind & even though there might be a closer location to me, I will return to the Stonebriar Coach store every time!

I had an incredible experience with Demi at the Frisco location. She went above and beyond to track down and order a purse for me that was sold out everywhere else. Her dedication and exceptional service made my day. Thank you, Demi, for making it happen!

I have never actually walked into a Coach store before today. It was the excellent level of service I received that made me want to walk in! Immediately after stepping inside I was greeted with a smile by Aliah. Her thoughtful approach to service has made me a lifelong customer. I wanted to leave this review right away since I had seen several reviews about this location saying the service was underwhelming. You should come back and ask Aliah to take care of you! You won’t be disappointed. I will return to this Coach location again. If there’s a bag you like that they don’t have in-store you can also order it in person to receive prompt shipping.

Is really upsetting how the employees lied to the costumers in the store located inside the Stonebriar Mall. But what can you expect from some young kids and don’t want to work.My Daughter and I walk in to this store to have our purses cleaned, which each purse cost us around $400 each. They told us it would take 10-15 minutes so we decided to leave and walk around the mall and come back. Which I regret, I should have stayed instead and maybe they would have truly clean our purses. This will go straight to corporate. I will send the pictures as well, to proof where the small stains are still on the purse.

People of color stay away, they’ve only hired a person of color to only speak and greet the people of color while the other non people of color greet the non people of color. My husband and I hurried up and got out of there. That poor girl! Sending this message directly to corporate. What a sad store! We were there Monday at @ 2pm to 315 pm! Its also sad that employees think they’re better than the customers shopping there. Hire people that can afford to shop where they work! #sad

Dmi is the worst salesperson I've seen. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. I was there with my mom and she treated her as her enemy. The way she was talking to us was so rude. Don't recommend this location at all.

As someone who regularly shops at coach online and in the outlets, I feel very disheartened shopping in this store with my daughter and husband because of the actions of one employee. I wish I had gotten her name, but she had implied that I didn’t have enough money to be shopping there because the pattern I like is only wholesale or outlets, and they don’t carry it at “real coach stores.” She then immediately directed me to the discounted section. I’ve never had an experience like this with Coach and it left me questioning if this was really a brand that I want to support. If I purchase again, I’ll be avoiding this store altogether. Seems like some of the employees might need extra customer service training.
