People of color stay away, they’ve only hired a person of color to only speak and greet the people of color while the other non people of color greet the non people of color. My husband and I hurried up and got out of there. That poor girl! Sending this message directly to corporate. What a sad store! We were there Monday at @ 2pm to 315 pm! Its also sad that employees think they’re better than the customers shopping there. Hire people that can afford to shop where they work! #sad

Dmi is the worst salesperson I've seen. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. I was there with my mom and she treated her as her enemy. The way she was talking to us was so rude. Don't recommend this location at all.

As someone who regularly shops at coach online and in the outlets, I feel very disheartened shopping in this store with my daughter and husband because of the actions of one employee. I wish I had gotten her name, but she had implied that I didn’t have enough money to be shopping there because the pattern I like is only wholesale or outlets, and they don’t carry it at “real coach stores.” She then immediately directed me to the discounted section. I’ve never had an experience like this with Coach and it left me questioning if this was really a brand that I want to support. If I purchase again, I’ll be avoiding this store altogether. Seems like some of the employees might need extra customer service training.

Ask for Jonathan! He is amazingly Amazing! Did you know they will monogram the soft leather tags on the bags you already own...just awesome!

5 moths ago, coach charge my account 2 times and due to a system issues for an item that I was trying to purchase. (see original review below)Fast forward, I was able to finally get a refund from the company. This process was in short, ridiculous and while the store team was really nice the was an extremely stressful process.The I reached out the the district manager (Ann White), and while she did reach back on 3/22. When I called cack, no answer and I did leave another message, which was not returned. I could not image how busy a person could be where they can not return a call, to take care of this situations.Unfortunately I could not sending anyone to this location or company with the experience I received.

Did not appreciated being followed around the store, they some what nice but made me very much uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore.

My wife likes coach bags . They also have shoes and other items. The bags are the usual price and styles you will find at any coach store. The staff was very pleasant and they had cookies and champagne set out for Mother's Day weekend.

Came here to find a bag and return an item we had gotten as a gift. No one greeted me when I came in and I got a judgemental look as I entered. Granted I was in my gym clothes but that doesn't mean you have to be rude. I'm a huge coach fan and usually buy a bag every year. Given covid, I didn't get one this year but then got a clutch and wallet as a wedding gift. I had the tags still attached and also the receipt. I was told very rudely that I couldn't return the items and couldn't even get store credit. My only option was to send back the clutch and the credit would go to the buyers credit card. How embarrassing. Just because something didn't work out doesn't mean someone's only option should be for the original purchaser to get notified and get the money back without the person they got a gift for being able to get store credit. The girl was extremely rude and seemed to find enjoyment out of being unpleasant and treating me like garbage. Never again. Also - go to the outlets. They have great prices and great selection.
