Worst customer service. I gave my clothes and Saturday and receipt says pick up by Monday after 5 pm. When I came in on Tuesday to pick up, front desk manager mentioned they are not ready as there are stains. I was trying to suggest you should have informed in a text , so I don’t come here. She was arguing you can come only if you see text message or take the clothes with stain if you want to. She couldn’t take any suggestions and confusing me like hell. At the end she told me to come after 5 pm again and not wait for text. I am worried they will ask me for text when I go back. Waste of time . It’s my fault as I didn’t check reviews before I go here.

Their service is really pathetic. They ruined 2 of my costly outfit. Its wrinkled and not even pressed, didnt even touch the stain. I called them personally. Its so strange that they have the audacity to give the poorly finished cloth again. I just pressed it myself and it’s fine. Horrible service, never recommend this to anybody.

WOW! I recently had the most amazing customer service ever! I needed my daughter’s senior prom dressed dry cleaned and I went to the Comet Cleaners store on Main and Teel at 7am asking and they replied that since it is a delicate item it will take two days. I asked if I dropped off the dress at their Coit location if that would save me a day’s time and she said possibly. So I left the store and went to my to car to call the Coit location. The young man who answered went and asked his manager who replied yes they could clean and steam the dress and have it ready the next day. When I arrived at the Coit location they were expecting me and also added the manager offered to deliver the dress back to the Main and Teel location if I wanted. All of this for no additional fee and actually it was Thursday which was the Coit’s location 25% discount days and they even honored that all without my asking! Customer service these days are hard to find but somehow Comet Cleaners not only understands but excels at it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The dress was perfectly cleaned and steamed and every single delicate embellishment was not even damaged and delivered back to Main and Teel ready before 2pm the next day. It has been two weeks since this happened and my jaw is still dropping to the floor in amazement. Thank you!!

Store on main street has the best service and quality. Never has a cleaner smell. Discount days are Wed and Sat.

Worse ever. They charge you for the service and don’t even wash/ dry clean the clothes. They just spray. iron and return the clothes. I gave my jacket with minor stains and some dark edges because of wear and they returned it back after ironing it. I gave back and the same thing, now they are saying some stains don’t go. I brought it home and wanted to test it, just washed that area and the stain was gone in few seconds. Did not even do much. The last image is of the stain gone and you will see the sleeve still wet.

Clothes shrunk from washing when I specifically requested them to be dry cleaned. I was told the clothes needed to be washed after the fact. They should’ve called me before if it wasn’t going to be dry cleaned as requested and I wouldn’t have let them wash my clothes. If I wanted to wash the clothes I could’ve washed them myself at home with more attention. These were very expensive clothes and now they’re all too small. The only solution offered was to stretch the clothes back out which I declined.

I didn’t like the service. Without mentioning the price and whatever the cost they put it at the end. If we ask the itemized bill. They ask go for each on the cloth to look. I didn’t like the service

I have been a customer for over 6 years at this location and always had an A+ experience. We always get personal service and attention from Jackson and Kaylee D. The owner and her daughter are over there mostly and welcome the clients with a smile. They have figured out the perfect starch level on laundered shirts and do a good job on dry cleaning. They are highly recommended!!

We’ve been customers for 8 years and use their services weekly. The staff at Comet is awesome! Great value and great service. They have several locations. Could I go to another dry cleaners - I mean I could but why would I want to?

Dropped off several women's clothes items for dry cleaning, including a wool black dress with pleather panels on the shoulders that I'd had cleaned before several time without any issue. They called me after I dropped off the dress and said there could be some cracking of the pleather due to the method of cleaning required for the wool. I said that was fine and provided permission to clean the dress. However, when I picked it up, the pleather panels were completely removed (ie the dress was ruined). I asked to speak to a manager and was assured someone would call me back. I had to call several more times before I got ahold of the manager (who is the owner). He was not in the least bit sorry or helpful, stating that I had been warned about potential damage to the dress and I gave permission for cleaning. I reminded him that was warned about potential minor cracking, and that nobody said anything about the pleather being totally removed or the dress being ruined. I also reminded him that the dress had been cleaned several times at other dry cleaning spots and I'd never had any issue. After much back and forth, the best offer he made was for me to go buy and pick up pleather fabric, drop it off at the store, and they would sew it on the dress. Basically, his solution was to give me homework. He wouldn't offer to refund my order or compensate me for the dress. In general, I found him unapologetic and not at all customer service oriented. Unacceptable. I will never go back and recommend you go elsewhere if you don't want your clothing ruined / don't want to deal with sub-par customer service.

We have always received exceptional service and zero problems here but thought I’d give attention to Jasmine who went above and beyond for me today. We ran into a small issue, I was about to drive off but she asked the right questions and got to the bottom of it. I left with my clothes, perfect as always, a great experience. She’s lovely.
