I brought 2 brand new unworn white shirts in after purchasing and when I picked them up, one of them looked cream/brown tie-dyed, like it was washed in dirty solution and it was also dry and brittle instead of the silky stretchy material it came in as. They completely ruined my $100 dress shirt and refused to refund or take any responsibility for it. The same thing happened with a blue shirt I brought in. It was brand new and when I picked it up it looked like there were coffee stains on it. Again, this was a brand new shirt and it did not have these stains when I purchased it. I took both these shirts to another cleaner who said they cannot be fixed but that they're happy to try cleaning them for free just to try and help. Comet knows they screwed up and refuses to take responsibility. They cost me $200 in shirts plus a cleaning fee. I will never come back. There are other reputable cleaners (who are also cheaper) who offer better service and still have a drive-through drop off/pick up service. I highly recommend you try anywhere else but here first.

My grandmother passed away a few weeks ago and her funeral is this week out of town. I completely forgot I needed to get my dress cleaned for the service until the day before we left. Comet worked with me to clean my dress in under 24 hours so I could have it before I left. I appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness given I should have planned better. The folks were kind and on pickup out of town, they even gave our pup I treat! Thank you for still being so customer-focused! The price was very good too!

I started going to this cleaners about a couple of months ago. I wanted to like this cleaners so bad. The few times I’ve come, they will get majority of the cleaning correct and always and when I say always “always” get one or two pieces wrong. I’ve had to go back on every cleaning to get something corrected. As I was grabbing one of my Polo shirts from the last cleaning, I noticed there were 2 different creases on the sleeves. The other 5 had the same issues. I’ve been going to cleaners for over 20 years and have never had issue with having more than one crease in my shirts. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Service: Clothes pressing

If my first experience here is any indication, this is where we're going to be returning for our dry channing needs whenever we are home! The employees I encountered here were kind and competent. I was told the typical turnaround time is <24 hours. (Since the dry cleaning is done on site, my family won't have to risk having our items lost/ misplaced like we've experienced elsewhere in the DFW area.)

This was my second time there. Had my suit cleaned last week and my wife and I decided to have our comforter and duvet cleaned. They did an exceptional job. Great customer service!! Would highly recommend!!
