Hotel needs work. Charged 100 dollars for incidentals and hotel has no restaurant or bar. Call prior to checking in said no incidentals and they charged me as much for incidentals as it was for the room. Never again.

This hotel is such a solace and haven after the nightmare and stress we had at the inwood rd comfort inn. Like night and day difference. So extremely clean. There wasnt much to do after my routine inspection. Its suites only which means the rooms are bigger. Alot more up to date. SO MUCH more quiet. Feels alot ALOT safer. Theres alot of options for food around here and its not a traffic hassle to get to. There is some sort of stadium close by too for sport fans (sorry i dont know which stadium im not from here ?) ALL OF THE STAFF was kind and helpful. Matirx (not sure if im spelling his name correctly) helped us get our bags to our room. The lady at the front desk completely understood our situation as her family has serious medical issues too. (I want to say thank you so much ?)On minor things that arent as important but maybe others think they are, theres a good bit of outlet choices and the desk has a nice multiport outlet. Beds are comfortable, samsung tv, our bath tub has a mat in it. Nice closet space, fridge and microwave, and coffeemaker. this was definitely needed after our bad experience and last few days as we wanted to make sure lil bro was ok to get away from hospital and we were too exhausted to make a long trip back home. It would have been dangerous. Yesterday and today have been rest up days. We will definitely be using this hotel from now on. Its about 30 min away from utsw and childrens dallas using dallas north tollway.Rooms: Clean, beds with couch pullout, suite, fridge, mocriwave, nice closet space, alot of outlets, nice and quiet tooNearby activities: Stadium, alot of eating places, theres some shopping places we saw on our way in on the tollway, im not sure if we are near it, but also in frisco is the cowboys practice field and a little area in there with restaurants and stuff if youre a cowboys fan. You can get to plano/richardson and Carrollton pretty easy by the tollway (also if you didnt know you can get a texas tag if you travel dfw often even if you dont live here its come in handy)Safety: Im always cautious everywhere, its america. BUT it definitely feels safer around here. If we had to park on the side of the building or something id feel safe. The other place that would be a no no.Walkability: Yes you could actually probably walk to several of the restaurants here if you wanted toFood & drinks: Theres sushi, mexican, itialian, coffee, bubble tea, chicken, burgers, bbq, theres alot of options. Sports bar ect

The room was clean, modern, quiet, and very comfortable! The staff was AMAZING!!! Seeing that we needed help getting our luggage to the room, Lisa (a manager) had someone come help us. His name was Matrix and he was so helpful and a joy to converse with. When we were checking out, another employee, Gabby, was kind enough to take a 2nd cart up to our room when I asked (walking is difficult for me). When Matrix found out we were checking out, he showed up offering to help, even though I had not asked anyone for help. Since I have trouble walking, another employee in the breakfast area, Isabel, saw me struggling to get up and offered to take my trash from me to save me steps. Because of my son and daughter's medical conditions, we have to make frequent trips to UTSW Main. We had been staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites near our appts, but even though Frisco is further away from the appts, the other hotel is nowhere the quality of this hotel and is more expensive! Since we will be booking numerous hotel stays to come, Comfort Suites Frisco will now be our hotel of choice!

Room was a nice size. Beds were somewhat comfortable, pillows are plenty but small. My shower tub was clogged. Breakfast was good. I saw sausage, bacon and ham on 3 different days. Nice size pool but very cold.

Very nice hotel. The night desk clerk thst checked us in could definitely use some training in customer service skulls. Was very unfriendly and not what I have come to expect from Choice Hotels.

My husband and I traveled 26 hours and stayed at this hotel to only be treated poorly. My husband wanted ice and forgot his bottle in the car, so he went and grabbed and asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell him where the ice machine was located on the 1st floor so that he wouldn’t have to go back up to the second floor. She asked him what room are you in and he told her. She then asks him who’s name is the room under and he politely asked her why did that matter? She then walked away from him and started helping another customer and told him I’m busy helping someone else. That sent me over the edge! So my husband had to come all the way back to the car, get our room key and had to go up to the second floor just to get some damn ice when she could have just told him where the ice machine was on the first floor. Clearance was AWESOME! I am huge on good customer service. That determines a lot and we will never stay here again!

Great location and value for the price. Lots of bars and restaurants within 2 minute walk. About 4 minute walk to FC Dallas fields / Toyota Stadium. Lobby has a kind of musty smell but maybe that was due to the pool being near the lobby.Nearby activities: Bars, restaurants and FC Dallas are nearby.Walkability: Really convenient if you are in for anything FC Dallas related or soccer tournaments.Food & drinks: Good options nearby. Rudy's has great BBQ and breakfast tacos. Snookies has pool/darts and drinks, ax throwing nearby and blue goose (texmex) has incredible chicken enchiladas. Lemma coffee is great and Frisco diner is good for breakfast.

The rooms are clean and tidy and the facility has plenty of amenities including a pool. Free breakfast is from 6:30a-9:30a. I mentioned it because I overslept and the staff was so nice to let me have a couple of items for me and my 3 year old. Everyone was so nice to us and sweet and interactive including the maintenance people. Send like a great place to stay and work.Thank you for everything?

I'll start with the positives. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a pleasant check in. That's where it ends. I had my bag unzipped on the desk. I open it to get something and a roach was crawling in there. I was so disgusted. We don't have bugs in our home so it is not possible that it came from us. We don't do vermin at all. It was very late at night so I just decided to wait until the morning to talk to management. I must say this was a first. I've stayed at many hotels and never seen a roach. Just gross. Of course I didn't want the free breakfast. We check out and there's a nice lady checking us out and we let her know about the roach. She then pointed to the manager who was sitting nearby and had us talk to her. The manager didn't seem bothered one bit and didn't even offer a resolution. She just took out a work order form for maintenance while we were standing there. She also noted that no one has ever complained of an issue like that. The associate who initially helped us asked the manager was there anything else we needed to do (we were all standing there awkwardly waiting for the manager to do something other than fill out a work order). She said no and that was that. For what they charge for the room there should have been some type of accommodation. It seems to me that a lot of things get overlooked by management-overflowing trash cans in front of the hotel, old smell in the hotel, loud A/C...Very disappointing!!

It's a nice-looking property both in and out. Comfy bed and pillows. The issues are: 1)- for some reason you could hear every door in our area slam shut. Any noise in the hall was in our room, & 2)- our room was on the 4th floor, facing Dallas Pkwy, and even over the AC you could hear the grey loud and clear. ? I'm not a light sleeper or very picky but, unless I'm at the back of the building next visit, I'm not going to be able to stay here. ?

Excellent!! We were there for a 5 nights. It was a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful, all of them!!! When I asked for some extra pillows for my back, Lisa got me two brand new ones. Food and travel items in their "shop" we're numerous and very affordable. The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious! Breakfast staff were amazing and sooo helpful!!! I highly recommend it!! ??
