Average gym to work out in but with very friendly staff. On the flip side, you don't want to work here for the wages they offer. When they tell you it is a "little job" they aren't just speaking of the $9.00 p/hr wages I found out. They are also referring to the 8 hours a week total that you are given. That barely covers the gas after taxes. This of course I am assuming because my paycheck was due on January 23rd through their payroll firm "Paycor" through direct deposit and has yet to arrive at my bank. I can see an image of the printed/dated check on Paycor but they cannot/will not offer any assistance in locating the money. The gym conveniently makes it completely impossible to reach anyone in HR to resolve the issue. This compounded by the lifetime membership given to me when they were brand new after a death in my family that was arbitrarily cancelled by the gym without my knowledge. Nothing good really impresses me about this club anymore.

So apparently they let go all of the cleaning crew and they require the minimum wage front desk workers to do it, which should tell you just about everything you need to know about the ownership. Besides that it's a pretty cool gym, except you can get all the same stuff at crunch fitness, and Ezekiel Elliott picture isn't everywhere.

The facility is nice. I have had a not so pleasant experience with a hard pressed trainer, but decided that I would continue to go simply because I love the facility.

I have my membership with you guys, specially the Frisco location and I access the pool quite often. I did wanna let you know that the pool should be cleaned more often. More frequently, I see particles in the water flowing through my eyes and the water smells and I recently got infection due to the water too. I love coming here but a dirty pool defeats the purpose. Thanks

I love this gym honestly. We came here from lifetime and the equipment is better, I love that I have turf to work on, and they play GREAT music and aren’t afraid to play it loud! Only downfall is their hours suck honestly. That’s what I liked about lifetime, I could go workout at 10:00 at night if I wanted to. Oh, and no kids center, my 8yo really misses coming to the gym with us.

The google pictures do not show well. This facility is very nice and the amenities are great. I purchased my son a member because he goes to restore for recovery and it's limited. At the cowboys fit recovery it's unlimited.

My impressions of my first two weeks at CowboysFit Frisco are as follows: * Very clean, upscale, modern, friendly, boutique feel but with scale. * Studio fitness leaders are friendly, are audience-aware to offer modifications to increase or decrease challenge. Classes are balanced, well structured, with good music. Fun in the form of work. * The Yoga setting is very pleasant. Leaders are aware of audience needs. Different yoga classes offer different pace or style. All have good structure and thoughtful balance. * The weight area is large with a wide variety of very well-maintained equipment. There are large areas for floor work, pushing sleds, or TRX. Lots of windows with views and plenty of large screen displays. * Locker area, showers, and sauna are all very clean and well equipped. * All staff are friendly. Alex & Patrick (I think) explained everything very well. Sales process is the normal "asking for the order" style but very respectful and professional. I entered on a trial basis and did not feel overly pressured. * Cancellation policy is only a 10-day notice. That is exceptionally flexible. * I think the price is very fair for the quality & variety. * Parking is easy as it is right under the facility. * There is a pool on top of the building with great views. CowboysFit Frisco is a beautiful, fun, and friendly place, at a great value for its quality.

Kaycee Funk, notorious for his poor treatment of customers, is once again in the spotlight. As the son of the Vice President of Cowboy Fit chain, he seems to believe he owns the entire franchise, leading to terrible customer experiences. Despite being a loyal customer of Cowboy Fit since its opening, I unfortunately encountered Kaycee and faced the consequences of his actions. Shockingly, he canceled two of my memberships without any prior warning or justification, displaying a complete lack of regard for the customers. His behavior went unchecked until now. I have decided to take legal action and engage a law firm to personally sue Mr. Funk for the emotional and mental distress he has caused me. I provided numerous doctor notes, confirming my hospitalization, but he callously refused to waive any fees, forcing me to repurchase the membership despite my previous agreement of a locked-in rate of $65 per month, which included recovery benefits. I am confident that Mr. Jones, the higher authority at Cowboy Fit, will not be pleased to learn about how Mr. Funk is mistreating the clients of Cowboys Fit. It is essential for the management to address such behavior and ensure that customers are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of any personal connections within the company.

I moved out of state and miss this gym a lot. For a reasonable price, it has everything I could want out of a gym and none of the stuff I don't need (like how Lifetime overcharges). It was also has a very motivating atmosphere to work out in, which I never realized helps so much with getting a good workout in. They also provide towels at this location. While you pay more for this one, than the other locations, it's worth it in my opinion.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill; today, three of the four sanitizing wipe dispensers were EMPTY and the bathrooms remain filthy and they smell of mold. As a matter of fact, if you look under the handles on the sinks, you will see a build up of disgust! The General Manager never seems to be onsite, but I’m sure she happily is collecting her paycheck! These are some of the many reasons why many people have canceled their memberships and went to Lifetime Fitness, I’m doing so as well at the end of this month! You know something is wrong when Cowboys Fit offers free 30-day passes out of desperation.

I’ve been a member at this location for several years and really enjoy this location. The front desk staff is always helpful, pleasant, and professional. The equipment is maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Also, if something is broken they fix the equipment as soon as possible. The new Fitness Director Chris K. works hard to ensure that members feel heard and that we have a great experience at this location. The facility is always being cleaned and has an up to date and modern feel to it.

I’ve been going to this gym since it’s opening and have been disappointed as of late with the poor customer service and the lack of account privacy and safeguarding at this location. I’ve had several instances where my card has been charged without my permission. Today as I was working out, I checked my email to see a receipt for a product purchase that wasn’t mine. After the workout I went to the front desk to make them aware that Morgan charged my card for a drink that I didn’t purchase. Stephani walks up to me and proceeds to tell me with an attitude that she’d have to take my word for it and process my refund. No apology.. no acknowledgement of the error that occurred but proceeds to blame me about the situation and goes as far to say I have an attitude.Quite frankly I’m not sure if cowboyfit is unable to find professionals at the rate that they’re paying that front desk but the quality in team members has taken a drastic turn. Furthermore, Stephani should not be a manager that is handling any form of customer care. She was rude and absolutely unprofessional. She tried to belittle me and quite frankly escalated a situation that could have been handled easily. My advice to anyone who decides to work out here is to remove your card on file.

This is a MUST place! I’m visiting from Florida for an event staying at the Omni. The staff here at Cowboys Fit is friendly, quick & efficient. All clean & up to date equipment. I especially enjoyed my time during this weeks visit to the “Recovery Lounge” is THE BEST‼️ I have been blown away by the infra sauna options - top notch. Plenty of space and choices to have a private room or public. The staff was AMAZING!
