WOW, WOW, WOW!! ???That is TRULY my experience with Alicia at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Frisco. She LITERALLY bent over backward to ensure that the quality of care I received was EXCEPTIONAL! If she didn't know that answer, she would find out. If she didn't have the part, she would get it....she made ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that I have everything I needed from my old phone before she closed the job ticket. Heck, she even said if I realized I needed something else later on, that she would help me gain access to that, as well, even after the fact.
Alicia is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and hard-working! She is an ABSOLUTE GEM in the service industry and I am beyond impressed with her skill, knowledge, and ingenuity! Thank you Alicia ??? you are AHMAZING!!

Had issues with my mobile battery dead, CPR Frisco, specifically @Alicia fixed this for me.. wasn’t an easy one on her and she is amazingly brilliant, very detailed and made the impossible possible truly

I had my broken screen replaced via my warranty through Assurant. They provided great service. Very fast and convenient.now my phone looks brand new!! Will definitely use them again if I have any repair needs in the future.

I was sent by my wireless carrier for cracked screen repair. They were so friendly and it was repaired in the time promised...super quick and easy! Hopefully I won't need the service again, but I will definitely go back if I do.

Had a great experience here! My son’s phone was all but destroyed and he was panicking that he wouldn’t be able to get his photos and videos off of it. They were able to get the screen replaced so that he could at least transfer the data to another phone. Miraculously, he could still text and call on it, but due to the extent of damage to the frame and everything else, it isn’t likely to survive long. But they are angels for helping us to be able to get the data transferred, which was the main concern!

I came to CPR Frisco to have my iPhone 12 screen fixed. When I got home I noticed a tiny blue light on the screen called in the next day and was told they would replace the screen. Omar was quick and professional. Thank you! I 100% recommend this location to anyone needing any phone repairs.
