Shawn gave me a ride back home to McKinney from the shop in Frisco and arranged for a ride to pick me up from my house and take me to the shop. He kept me updated on the progress of the service in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service at Crest Cadillac.

DTC code popped up. Contacted Cadillac Roadside Assistance, they responded quickly and towed vehicle to Crest Cadillac. Dealership called when vehicle arrived and indicated it would be taken care of. They called back next day and stated vehicle was repaired under warranty and ready for pickup. Very efficient and very pleased.

I recently had the worst experience at this dealership, which is shocking given Cadillac’s reputation for quality. My salesperson, Charles “Doug” Rhymes, was a nightmare. He provided incorrect information about my down payment, which caused a 1-2 day delay in my purchase. Despite having text proof of his errors, he accused me of lying to the finance manager.
Additionally, Rhymes failed to inform me that an extended warranty costing $4,500 was mandatory for the car model I was interested in. I only learned about this when I reached the finance department, where Jason, who was fantastic and sympathetic, informed me that Rhymes had been instructed to explain this to me but had failed to do so.
Living 4 hours away, I had to rent a hotel and use Uber for transportation. When I called the dealership for a pickup, my request was ignored, forcing me to arrange my own Uber again. This whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient. If you value your time and money, avoid this dealership and especially Charles “Doug” Rhymes.
