BUYER BEWARE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership they claim they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a year ago. It's one thing to be a good car salesman's and it's one thing to lie to your customers. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and that includes all Crest dealerships. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

Beware! Ive bought 3 vehicles from Crest, never an issue. Recently I purchased a prenowned Escalade to use as a family utility vehicle. Pric was fair, it was sold as a Certified Preowned. The day after I bought I left town on a road trip. Immediately, we discovered that adaptive cruise didn't work, front end crash avoidance didn't work, "fuel range" indicator was eratic, rear heat would say 70 then 10 minutes later say 85, driver power seat made crunching noises. Obviously something was wrong. I called my service advisor, he said to bring it in when I returned to town. On my way back I called a GMC dealer and asked them to research the VIN, within minutes they called to tell that with only 28,000 miles, the left front wheel was bent and replaced, water pump was replaced, both front end air suspension shocks were replaced, transmission pan was replaced AND the entire transmission was replaced. None of these things were disclosed to me, I specifically insisted on buying a clean road car. Clearly no one at that dealership ever inspected the vehicle before certifying it. I was not happy. On return from my road trip I. went into the dealership, met with the new car manager(owners son), told him I didn't want the car. The mere fact that the car sold as a certified vehicle was a lie, intentional or due to incompetence, a violation of the contract. The manager said he completely understood, said they'd make it right. I told him I'd leave the car there, he said no because they couldn't insure it on their lot, I was the owner. At the same time my 4 year old Yukon with over 100,000 was for sale on their lot. I was uncomfortable since nothing was in writing, there were no guarantees made. Within days I was cautioned by the sales manager that used car prices can be volatile as the value of the car they sold me could drop significantly. I decided to take action while waiting for them to find a suitable alternative. They did not find a suitable car, But I was able to locate several of them in the dallas area where I live. Sadly, 2 times I was told by the other dealers that the car I was trading (the Crest car) could only be traded for a $20,000 LOSS, even though I bought the car only 2 weeks earlier. The other dealers checked the VIN and said they didn't want the car. Finally a competitor gave me $8,000 less than I paid on the trade, said that was the best I could do. Here is the problem, I went into Crest where I've made multiple purchases in the past 3 years, Asked them work with me on my loss since it was them who created the problem, and was told by the owners son, "all bets are off. Too bad." They violated the contract, never made the deal right and promptly dismissed me. I actually respect their right to act any way they see fit, BUT THIS DEALERSHIP CLEARLY DOESN'T SEE INTEGRITY AS SOMETHING IMPORTANT, IN MY CASE, THE CLIENT WAS LAST. THEY ARE MAKING SEWELLS JOB EASY, I WILL NEVER STEP INTO CREST AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. BEWARE!!!, BETTER YET, BUY ELSEWHERE.

Crest Cadillac, and in particular, Monica the mechanic and tech were wonderful! They kept me informed at every step, were prompt about getting parts in and installed, and the car looked gorgeous when I picked it up. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a vehicle repair. Thank you Crest Cadillac Team!!

Booked for oil change and routine maintenance, appointment booked online with the request for a loan car and confirmed via email. Arrived at 7 am at the dealership to be told 30 minutes later that no loan car is available and suggests I wait for 2-3 hours.I called the dealership subsequently to speak with the manager, kept getting put through to voicemails or cut off on the phone. Eventually spoke with someone called Reece who told me that a Manager would call me back, still waiting on that call!Cadillac sell you hard on how amazing their customer service is but so far, I have not seen that in any sense

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Crest Cadillac Dealership to get my car serviced, and I must say that the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth for good. I purchased my vehicle from Crest & have been a customer for the last 4 years. Since I purchased my vehicle, not only does the dealership not have a loaner vehicle available, but their complete lack of communication prior to my appointment only exacerbated my frustration.Firstly, I called the dealership in advance to schedule my service appointment. I made the appointment, and in the notes, i indicated to contact me and cancel my appointment if no loaner vehicle is available. However, upon reaching the dealership the morning of my appointment I was greeted with the shocking news that they had no loaner vehicles available. It was not until I arrived at the service center that I was informed of this inconvenience, leaving me stranded with no option but to leave and further delay me getting my vehicle service as I need my car for work and not interested in their shuttle service.The lack of loaner vehicles would have been forgivable if it had not been a recurring issue for the last 4 years, which they conveniently try to blame due to Covid. Driving a luxury vehicle is supposed to be a luxury experience, but Crest Cadillac does not offer that.

Arman, my service advisor, once again exceeded my expectations! He's been fantastic to work with!This time, I needed new tires and an alignment. When I picked my car up, he had already arranged to have it washed/detailed inside and out! Now that's great service!I've only brought my vehicle there a couple times so far, but because of Arman -I am now a full-time customer. He's the reason!

I took my car for an oil change today and was helped by Arman, it was a great experience. The door latch system had been alerting so that was able to be dealt with today as well. Arman explained how to go about getting service moving forward to make sure everything is able to run smoothly and efficiently.

While in Dallas on business, the stabilitrac light continued to come on and notify me that there was an issue. With a five hour travel time ahead of me I contacted Crest where I originally bought my car and asked if there was anyway they could check it out. I moved away a couple of years ago and dropped off their system. Needless to say They came to my rescue. Working me in between my appointments at my convenience they were able to. Diagnose and repair the issue. Crest has never let me down. Sean, my service rep took excellent care of me and kept me informed of each stage my car was in as it was being repaired while I waited. Thank you Crest for another great experience.

After seeing a car online, we reached out to the dealership and spoke to Jenny Joseph, the sales woman. From the start, she was completely knowledgeable of the vehicle, and helped us from the purchase process from beginning to end. We were so thankful for her willingness to go above and beyond for us. We purchased this car from across the country in Indiana trusting in the staff and they proved we made the right choice to the end. Nelson picked us up from the airport and made our trip so much smoother. Thank you to Dean Robbins for helping with the finance part!. You really can tell this dealership cares about training staff and choosing ones that will represent their name properly.

Crest is our professional and high standard dealership who knows the meaning of customer service! I have dealt with three other Cadillac dealerships and we are sticking with Crest! My caddy has been to one dealership twice for a recall and Crest fixed the issue in one visit! Crest explained 8 maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, not serious issues, that three other dealerships had not even brought up with us. Thank you Logan for taking care of us and caring about your customers!

Wonderful experience with crest Cadillac service department. From booking the appointment over the app, to the excellent and friendly service representative , Shawn to the incredible ride app service alto. My car was fixed expertly and under warranty! I highly recommend crest Cadillac!

I just got the best service at Crest Cadillac! Ryley S. Is my new service manager and he goes beyond just regular service. He answers my calls promptly, tells me what is going on with my car, is truthful and knowledgeable. This time he and Johnny used polish to get some paint of my car! I was so pleased. A BIG Thank You to Luis for helping me out. He was great & made another great experience with Cadillac!He was professional & listened to all the issues that were going on with my car. When I left, he immediately texted me with his info., in case I had any additional questions for him. I was very thankful the loaner was ready & available when I arrived.I do like to deal with the same person when I come in, but she was out for the day.She had previously set everything up for another pleasant experience with Cadillac’s service department.
