I am very happy with the services I received at Crest Infinity. They took good care of my car and also provided me with free rides or rental cars if needed. The service manager is also always very transparent about repairs and prices.

I’m very happy with this dealership both before after the sale. Darin and Johan in sales and Troy in the service department will keep me coming back for years to come.

Crest Infinity took our QX80 in, did an inspection and informed us of what needed to be repaired. They also worked with our extended warranty to ensure the repairs were covered and completed. All the associates were very nice and professional.

Great customer service. I had a scheduled appointment that I had to cancel last minute because I was sick. The service manager called me and arranged to pick up my car from my house, complete the service and then delivered back to me.

Called the service department on Saturday morning to let them know about the issues I was having with my car but all the service advisers were busy so they told me that someone will call me back that day. It's now Wednesday afternoon and I haven't received any calls.Update*When I called again to schedule on Wednesday, Dustin was very helpful and courteous. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they had some technical issues which made me reconsider my decision. I agreed to give them another chance and rescheduled my appointment with Dustin. He made sure that everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service.

Very happy we came to Crest Infiniti. Veronica, our sales rep, was the best! She was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and a joy to work with. Tux was also great to work with, and he worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. It was refreshing to find friendly, professional people to help my wife find a great car for her and our family.

John Tijerina-Chavez is the best service advisor I have ever had. Not only at Crest but other dealerships. His attention to detail and the ease of service will make me want to buy from Crest again. If John leaves, I will follow him to whatever dealership he goes to.

I bought a vehicle from Brandon De Soto in October 2023. He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived home a low battery indicator came on. When I notified Brandon he offered to replace it, but after driving it an hour to Frisco my service representative Blake told me my battery was healthy. When I asked what the age of the battery was he said he did not have that information. I brought my vehicle to my service shop and was told I absolutely need a new battery ($350).The first time I went to fuel my vehicle the gas would not pump because I needed a new charcoal canister/ fuel evaporative canister ($585). I was told the vehicle has been serviced and had an oil change when it arrived at Credt. However, I ALSO needed an oil change within two weeks of purchasing my vehicle ($100).I recommend getting a diagnostic on any used vehicle you are considering from Crest Infiniti before purchasing and do not trust that it will be safe or ready to drive off their lot.

Hi folks. First worlder here so anything you read, take it with a grain of Himalayan Pink Salt, the good stuff. I am living a life of privvy so do not see my review as other than the review of a guy with too much time and money. If you can afford to worry about how many stars a place has, you aren't rating the last sidewalk you slept on, or dumpster you ate out of. You are doing better than you give yourself credit. I know life is awesome, so read with that in mind.So Crest Infiniti. Though I believe in shopping in my city first, the nearest Infiniti Dealership to me is in a sister city of Grapevine, and is owned by Grubbs. To me, Grubbs is the Spirit Airlines of car stealerships. I would sooner fill my shoes with broken glass and walk than be given a car from Grubbs. So onward to Crest. Did my homework on the car I wanted, got my financing ahead of time, no trade, and boom. Went to Grubbs to make a deal knowing I was just using it as a reference. Got to Crest, they beat Grubbs, boom, SUV.Today I just needed a TPMS flashed. Called Grubby and Crest. Both said no appt needed, that it was a quick job less than 10 minutes. Wow. Drove my dumb behind to Grubbs first, they then told me 2 freaking hours. Why did I allow myself to be lied to by them again knowing that is who they are? I wanted to have my leg cut off, put on a donkey, then have him kick me up in my behind with his leg and mine for trust Grubbs again. Got back in the car drove to North Dallas to Crest. Got to North Dino, drove in the service bay, service advisor greeted me, asked me what I needed today, I told him TPMS needed reset. He walked around with a doo hickey scanning tires, asked me to exit the truck for a minute. Couple minutes later told me I was good to go. Less than 10 minutes from the time I drove in, I was ready to go. Tipped the guy a cool $20. He said no tip was necessary. I thought buying him lunch for the time saved and honesty deserved it. So I insisted he accept my money. The service was free. Life isn't free. Time is money, so I took up their time, I left some money. I had to drive an additional 45 minutes round trip from my home, additional 30 minutes past a much closer Grubbs Infiniti Dealership in Grapevine. Was it worth the extra drive and time? Yes. I would have still been waiting at Grubbs. I was able to get my car fixed, some grocery shopping out of the way and back home in less time with greater distance, by going to Crest Infiniti. Have a great day peeps. Sun is shining, birds are chipping, squirrels are storing their nuts, and I am delighted to have once again had a great day in the first world. Take care of yourselves, and your loved ones. Peace.

First- it doesn't even deserve 1 star- " The Crest name is synonymous with outstanding customer service." What an absolute lie coming from the mouth of Crest! I have been a customer of Crest Infiniti since 2010, having purchased two cars from their dealership (plano then frisco location) I wanted to share my extreme disappointment with their dealership, their team and most importantly, the service that has been provided. I brought in my 2017 q50 last week and found that it was in need of a new motor due to the oil mixing with the coolant- to my surprise, I would have never expected that a car with 74,000 miles would need a new motor. I was told that given that it was so close to the 70,000 mile warranty there was a possibility that goodwill assistance could be provided. Again, to my surprise, I was told that the only way that the assistance would be provided was if I were to be able to provide proof of every oil change, specifically the receipts. I called the multiple places that I have taken my car to over the past 6 years and unfortunately, some are unable to provide receipts (one has a computer system that goes back 1 year and 1 is under new ownership so does not have records from the previous owners). the expectation of obtaining the unobtainable is unbelievable. In addition, when I explained that I could not obtain the unobtainable, the first thing your service manager proceeded to ask me was "when will you be returning the loaner car"- not "how can we help or what can we do?" He showed absolutely no empathy in a situation that should not be happening. To have a dealership I have trusted for the past 13 years be so incredibly unwilling to help out in this awful situation is so disappointing. I have reached out to the Chief of Staff at Crest Auto Group in hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone and unfortunately never heard back from anyone. It's an awful company with even worse customer service.

Crest Cadillac/Infinity is by far the best of the best! The team provides exceptional service. I took my car in for B service and was immediately greeted by a team member who quickly gathered my information and summoned my service provider Dustin. I would definitely recommend Crest in Frisco if you are in the market for a car or need service on an existing vehicle!

Terrible customer service! Will not return. I'd rather drive the extra miles to Sewell Infiniti than to return to Crest.

Crest Infiniti has struck again!!!!How much I love the professionalism of all the staff. Their willingness to do whatever they feel is needed to make the customer feel valued, appreciated, and respected. I absolutely adore this dealership and the staff that is here! They have great conversations with you about whatever you bring up! It does not feel like a transaction at all! As a customer you feel like you are visiting with friends!! I highly recommend this dealer and Tony my service man.
