Kristen is so customer service oriented. She has gone out of her way to call me if I’ve forgotten to pay by bill so to avoid a late charge or to tell me about changes. Been with cube smart for several years now and Kristen is always friendly and cheerful. She adds a bright spot to my day.

The facility is always clean, and overall l, well maintained. The general manager, Kristen, is absolutely amazing.....just extremely kind and always pleasant when talking to her. She's professional and her customer service skills are A+. She alone, make renting here worth it!

I was looking for a storage unit. I looked everywhere most ppl were not helpful. I came to this place 10121 Warren pkwy Frisco met Kristen. She was so helpful and found me great unit. She is the kindest person and such a beautiful attitude great personality. I would definitely recommend my friends to use this facility because of Kristen. By far I think she has the best personality and the best costumer service I have ever dealt with. If I could I would give her a 10****

Kristen Knight is amazing!!!! She has helped me numerous times with several different concerns and has always solved the issue at hand. She follows up in a timely manner and is always professional and friendly. I remain renting at this particular storage unit because of her.
