The experience started off great, until my cancer ended up coming back! And I was unable to work. They called said I was 2 months behind which I was aware of. They said I owe 750 dollars to get current again cancer is the reason as to why I couldn’t pay! All I got was well your storage is up for auction on this day!
I realize that they have a job to do, and I got behind but that part is out of my control I didn’t ask for my cancer to come back and spread! But I will never rent from them again!
They don’t care about you personally just their money!

This has been an excellent experience. I rented two large units while looking for a new home. Ed takes ownership in keeping the facility clean, ensures the area is secure, but also will reach out to followup with any questions, verify with you on intentions and plans, and work with you to meet your storage needs.
Ill use this location again if I find myself needing storage again.
