This was my very first time buying a storage unit so I really didn’t know what to expect, but I received the best help from Terry that day. He helped me get the best storage space for what I needed, walked me through the best way to get to my unit, and assisted me in using the lock, as it was my first time using that type of lock. I was very satisfied with the service here. Thank you Terry for your assistance.

I went here to get a storage unit after having a bad experience with a different storage facility and Terry was wonderful! He gave me several options to choose from because I wanted to make sure I was on the first floor. He even walked me to my unit and showed me the closest entrance where I could pull up to unload my vehicle. HIGHLY recommend this location because of Terry!

I went today to get me a 5x10 storage I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Terry he was amazing. Superb customer service was able to answer all my questions with a smile on his face.Although I wasn’t able to get in at his location because In the mist of me doing the storage someone reserved the last one I was getting an he went the extra mile to help me locate another one at a different location and reserved it for me along with saving me money.Thank you Mr. Terry for making this less stressful you rock

The place was clean, spacious, and the staff was amazing. the gentleman that helped us each time was so kind to all of us, (little sister and grandma). we would not use another unit anywhere in town.
