‼️Burglary Break in my storage Worse experience ever someone has taken my Sony 85 Inch Tv and clothes and my expensive shoes and my wife Dyson hair hair blower and straightener and her shoes as well.
This cost me around 15K
The Frisco Cubesmart store manager does not care every time i ask him how can someone put cubesmart lock after break in his only answer is i don't know ?♂️ i asked him have you watched any video or anything you know that could lead us he say i don’t know ?♂️.
Frisco police has try to investigate but saying we cannot find any lead who is responsible.
I called multiple times to corporate office and no one has contacted me yet.
Try to teach out regional manager but still having no luck.
So please make sure you try to find a safe place for your goods.

There prorating system is not fair and steals people money. There current guidelines should be reevaluated. I will not be referring anyone to these storage facilities moving forward
