the service at cubesmart is the difference!!! they’ve helped me find the right unit for my needs, and when those needs changed, they immediately got me into the next “just right” unit. web based pricing is typically the best pricing; however, the office has real time onsite pricing that has been better than the online rates (in my experience). clean, secure, easily accessible and great customer care. i’m definitely a long term customer!!!

Wow is all I can say. Wow! Had to change storage units last minute. CubeSmart staff was nice and willing to accommodate us. We were getting ready for a High School Parade and had people in and out all day. The staff at CubeSmart were absolutely phenomenal. We had trouble getting in and the staff walked out and helped my husband (74 year old) with the key pad. So polite and so accommodating. We needed to plug in a piece of equipment and the staff loaned us her personal charger to use in our unit. I am sorry I didn’t get names but I can highly recommend this CubeSmart. I also want to mention the place was very clean and the unit was too! But a place is only as good as it’s staff and they were top notch.

I leased an office space at this location. The cost is very affordable relative to other office space in Frisco. Jennifer and Cindy did a great job in making this process quick and easy. I highly recommend this location.
