Three stars because the first man I spoke with was genuinely so helpful. He was kind and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Kevin, but I can't recall entirely. My husband even remarked about the phone call went when I got off. Like, "wow, that was refreshing" lol.
I was waiting to leave a review until the prescription was filled, though. It's been over a week, and it hasn't been. I likely still wouldn't have changed my mind about 5 stars if I spoke with someone like that again... however, this time, I spoke with a complete knucklehead. I couldn't get a word out. I was asking about the status and extra information, and he couldn't even acknowledge me correctly because he wouldn't shut up long enough for me to explain. He told me one thing when he was assuming what I was saying. When I corrected him, then he said another. So, very inconsistent. He just wanted to be defensive and not offer any reassurance.
It would be one star if this was my only interaction with this pharmacy.
Regardless, not going here anymore.
Transferred my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy.

The rudest must uncaring pharmacy staff are found in Frisco at Preston and Rolater. Save yourself frustration and try another location. Str#7751

The pharmacist on day shift 2/16/24 was completely unprofessional because my new insurance was not with CVS any longer. Walgreens is covered now. Not my fault whatsoever. He refused to serve me after I waited in line 15 minutes. I will NEVER make another purchase with this company! This is time # 3 they've acted unprofessional.
No more. BYE FELICIA 👋

Two stars because a couple of the cashiers are generally kind. The entire remainder of the experience is one star. For speed of service, think Spectrum. For quality of service, think Spirit Airlines. For customer experience, think Arby’s

This is slowest pharmacy ever in the world. It took 30 min for just one car in front me and another 30 to handover the prescription.

What is the point of having a phone if no one is going to pick up? Not everyone wants to download an app for a simple prescription status.

I like the CVS pharmacy on Preston and Lebanon in Frisco, Tx (STR# 7751) because Jen and Seema are always so helpful. Jen has actually become a good friend. And when Jennifer is not around I know I can count on Seema to help. Thank you both.
Sincerely
Sunny

There could literally not be a slower or worse CVS in Frisco. They have two drive thru lanes and only one is open past 4:00 when most people are off of work. However, there is no signage to indicate this, so you are forced to drive back to the end of the line in the first lane. A line of 3 or more cars means you are going to be waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. Pick any other CVS than this one.

I always find the pharmacist and technicians at this store to be very friendly and accommodating.
