Worst CVS in US. Supply on multiple different drugs are light. Pharmacists are rude and insensitive. It's clear they don't care about customers. They are making a long time CVS fan switch to Walgreens.

Horrible experience! Bought something to pick up. After 2 hours I get to the store and waited a few minutes for it to be ready. I saw that the item was not what I actually wanted. Proceeded to return it and CVS would not return it to the original method of payment! Paypal which is connected to my bank! They gave me a store credit! Their customer service was closed at 6pm! No one to call to complain! I will never set foot or buy from CVS again! The manager was horrendous. He said to call customer service. Which could not be reached. I didn’t even take the item out of the store! And showed them the payment through my bank! Store credit? I felt robbed! They took my money!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

I came in and was immediately DISGUSTED by the pharmacist Victoria and how she treats her staff. She yells at them, and refuses to help them when they continuously call for her help. There was a young lady waiting for consultation and one of the staff an (African American woman with bangs) advised her about the customer and I overheard Victoria yell her staff "WHAT? I'm already doing too many things" I was waiting in line with many customers and she refused to acknowledge any of us.CVS' model is to have heart and that pharmacist absolutely does not. I have come in this pharmacy many times and I've always seen that staff member smiling and having a positive attitude and it's disgusting to treat her like that. She's also said that foreign customers should have to have a translator after walking away from a customer at the drive thru under her breath but her customers indeed did hear her. I will NOT be returning back to this location and I will be contacting corporate as well. She deserves to be fired and how dare she say something like that when she is foreign herself

This location has the worst customer service. If you ask a questions employees always are upset, if you pick up an online order they get upset when you go find them in the store, if the self checkout needs assistance they get upset... basically they are upset all the time

When I dropped my prescription, they said they didn’t have one item in stock and I had to drive 8 miles with my fever to the other store to get it. And she was very sure that the other store had it. So I did drive over with my fever and guess what the new store also DID NOT have it.

The worse customer service, not helpful, unprofessional. Waited at a register forever for someone to come. I came to buy a product, had a coupon $5 extra bucks that I earned by getting my prescriptions. They told me someone used it.

The pharmacists here do not cater to customers. For my infant when they didn’t have any of the prescribed medicine in stock they were asking me to call every pharmacy to see where the prescribed medicine was instead of even looking to see if another CVS had the medicine in their system. Additionally when I asked what other substitute prescription medicine they have in stock so I could ask my Pediatrician to send that prescription request they wouldn’t even answer that question appropriately. They were telling me that the Doctor needs to submit the prescription request to the pharmacy that has that medicine in stock. What doctors office goes and calls each pharmacy to see what a specific pharmacy has in stock. Eventually they did answer my question. This CVS pharmacists are lazy and do not want to do their jobs or focus on customer’s satisfaction. Very disappointed in their service.

I have to take a certain medication for cancer pain. One of the pharmacists is really weird. He keeps calling my doctor to check. I have to go in because the wait is too long for the drive thru window. I'm in palliative care at UT Southwestern and every month the prescription is the same and every month the pharmacist eyes me suspiciously and calls my doctor. I don't recommend this CVS at all.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went yesterday to get a Covid test and the lady at the windows was rude asl, and made me drop my test in a box outside! I mean absolutely no compassion for the fact I looked and feel as if my life is flashing before my eyes. When I asked her was the box picked up she rudely hung up in my face. I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Zero compassion, you know the trait you should have to work with the public. I will be going to google review next, sick and all!

Since this store has a new manager in the last year, I've noticed a big difference in their pharmacy service. I went in today because I was worried that they wouldn't fill my prescription because it was a few days before the refill. I am going out of town for my job and wouldn't be here to get the refill. The pharmacy tech that helped me today took all of my worries away. She said "it will be ready in 15 minutes ". I was pleasantly surprised!! Thanks so much for caring! I wish I knew your name.
