I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received at your pharmacy location. On multiple occasions, I have visited to pick up my prescription only to be told that it will not be ready until the next day. Despite being assured of a timely fulfillment, I have been met with delays extending up to three days.Today, when I returned to collect my prescription as promised, I was informed that it still wasn't ready and was advised to try finding it at other nearby pharmacies, such as Walgreens. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill your obligations as a pharmacy provider is unacceptable.As a customer, I rely on your pharmacy to provide essential medications in a timely manner, and your repeated failure to do so has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I urge you to address these issues promptly and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future.

I sat in line for 10 minutes to get pick up a prescription. Got up to the window and they shut the curtains after helping the lady in front of me to "go on a lunch break". I went inside and the inside window was closed as well. Super frustrating! I would think they would post something that wouldn't let people sit there for 10 minutes and then close in their face. I'm moving every one of my prescriptions to Market Street. They are cheaper anyway! I'm done with CVS.

ZERO *!! The employees at this CVS Pharmacy are incompetent, rude, and very unprofessional. Getting medications filled when promised is important, right? Try getting an Rx transferred from a non-CVS Pharmacy. What a nightmare! So, the bottom line is I gave up on this pharmacy and am going out of my way to get my prescriptions elsewhere. "CVS Cares".... hah!

Needed a watch battery, and they had it in stock. Can't say much other than that. The inside of the store felt a little dark and off, but that could be just me.

The employees are clueless morons. They charged me for someone else's gift card and then asked me to call gift card company to get my money back. I was on phone for 20 minutes trying to explain that what's happened. That didn't go anywhere.They pretty much stole money from me. They have my money and someone else has the gift card. Now it's my problem to get the money back. They're is no store manager. They won't give out regional managers phone number.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star review I would. Incompetent staff in pharmacy, rude pharmacists and staff, hold times for days, they NEVER get the order correct. I would literally use any pharmacy but this one. Awful!!

Horrible customer service at this location, especially the pharmacy! Staff is poorly trained and they auto-filled a prescription for my mom that her doctor had discontinued months ago! Thank goodness I knew she was no longer taking the medication. I shudder to think what could have happened!

Not one to write negative reviews, but the people that work at this pharmacy are rude and idiotic. They have a distain for their customers and it shows. I don't mind the wait times. These people don't want you to be there. They get paid the same regardless and are happy to let you know that.

Pharmacy is terrible,and now they close at 1pm to 2pm. I guess everyone has to go to lunch at the same time. Guess I'll start going to Kroger from now on.
