Had a oral surgery and the doctor sent my pain medication prescription to this pharmacy. I was in a lot of pain and taking Advil in the interim but it wasn't giving me a lot of relief. I called the pharmacy and he very clearly said they have placed an order and the medicine will be ready the next morning. I asked again and they said yes absolutely it will be ready the next morning for pickup. I somehow proceed to make it through the night with the pain. Next morning (Friday) I go to the pharmacy , wait in line for half an hour because nobody seems to have a sense of urgency here. Finally I get to the front and I ask for the medication. They tell me "ma'am we don't have Hydrocodone in stock". I was livid ! The doctors office was closed on Friday and over the weekend. I asked why they told me that it will come in the next morning and I get the response "the person who told you that was somewhat new and didn't know". This is the level of responsibility these people have for the patients and the pain they are going through. I was put in a position where I couldn't call the doctor (since they are closed) , or go to another pharmacy (since it's narcotic it cannot be transferred). The only option I had was to call the on call number and wait hoping they call me back all the while enduring the mind-numbing pain .. all because the pharmacist happened to be "somewhat new" and "didn't know what he was saying". Here's the strange part, the new pharmacist tells me "this medication is not available anywhere, not just in CVS". So that means the pharmacist who spoke to me the previous day saying he ordered it, where did he order it from when it's not available anywhere as per this new person ? Why did he lie ? Unbelievable ! This is gross negligence and irresponsible !

I happen to be out of town and ran low on my prescription medications.This was completely accidental.I was referred to this CVS by a pharmacist from a different company. That's what I love about Texas, sincere helpfulness.The manager, Suhani, was friendly and attentive. She quieted my uneasiness and reassured me that it wouldn't take very long. She was right.I walked around the store and in a few minutes, my prescription was ready.Suhani, even offered me a discount.Well, yes please!This was such a relief , thanks CVS!

We have been filling our prescriptions at this location for past 7years. My wife dropped off the prescription for one of my daughter on monday. We did not receive any text or update from them that about the prescription status. So I went to store on Wednesday to check if it is ready to pick up. The pharmacist couldn't even locate the prescription and the ridiculous part is pharmacist saying that my insurance was missing. This is the same pharmacy where I picked meds for my both my kids in last 1 month. Not sure how the insurance can go missing?I am looking for other ways to get my prescriptions.

Ridiculous lack of customer service.Having issues with self checkout. Employee (b/m) walks up, pushes a button and walks off. The guy behind us said I'm paying cash. The employee mumbles and walks off leaving the guy standing there. There ALWAYS needs to be an employee at a register. Not everyone wants to self checkout

Interminably slow, never have my monthly prescription (that has been with them for over a year) in stock when I need it, never answer their phone, when you do finally get to the front to pick up the prescription they called you about, it isn't ready and you have to wait some more. One nice employee, really wish I could recall her name because she deserves recognition among the horror show she's working with.

I can't give less than one star so one star. Worst establishment ever not just among pharmacies. Pathetic staff, unorganized, careless, apathetic, senseless, etc etc can't say even one positive thing about them.. never going back.. strongly recommend to look elsewhere

The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service ever. My prescriptions are here and there is always a line in the store and drive-thru. Service is substandard at best.

Worst Pharmacy service ever. Went to get my second vaccination shot after having been told previously to come in at 2:00p. Found the pharmacy closed with sign stating they would reopen at 2:00p, which is fine. But, they didn't reopen until 2:13p (not a big deal). I was met by a surly, argumentative pharm tech who acted like I was intruding on her. She demanded (not asked) for my appointment detailing. Despite the fact that I was the ONLY customer in all of the pharmacy area, she acted like she was far too busy to take care of my shot appointments. All the while, she never bothered to confirm my appointment. Rather than continue to endure the narcissistic pharm tech, I turned and left. I will be transferring $3,500+/mo. value of prescriptions after having to deal with that witch. Your loss, CVS @ Eldorado and Coit.

We waited an hour for our flu vaccine today and that is with an appointment. I wish people were more mindful of peoples time. Finally when we tracked the lady that checked us in (brown short hair, no ID Tag) she started arguing with us about where we should have waited. Mind you, she checked us in and told us where to wait and walked back and forth past us. Wish they had a better system.
