I really like this particular CVS. The customer service is always great and plentiful. I feel that there's a vast array of products for all ethnicities. Whenever there's a sale there's a lot of the product you're interested in purchasing. My favorite reason for shopping at this CVS location is that it's almost as great as a beauty supply store. My items of interest are always available and I can use a % off coupon and extra bucks when purchasing them. I don't have to worry about ordering online from another retailer.

What is the point in having you doctor send your prescription straight to the pharmacy? So it's ready sooner? This place don't start filling it till you get there. Why? "Oh, I will have it expedited so it will be ready in 10-15 minutes." Why not an hour ago when it was sent to you? If it only takes 10-15 minutes to fill then why wasn't it waiting when I got there? 6-8 ppl behind the counter, most on the phone. Better get it filled somewhere else or call ahead so they can know to fill the prescription they received an hour prior.

You want your prescriptions? Well don't both on them contacting you to let them know you're ready. Absolutely the worst pharmacy. I have trouble with them every-time. And getting a hold of someone? Forget it. They play the blame game with every time I have a prescription filled here. My doctor called in an order over two weeks ago and I called them twice to tell me it wasn't ready. I call my doctor and my doctor tells me they sent it over the day of my appointment. I call CVS back only to discover they looked at the wrong name. So I tell them I will pick up my medicine the next day. As I proceed to do so, they then tell me I am past the 14 day period and they will need two hours to re-file everything through insurance. I call them back and ask for everything to be transferred to another pharmacy, "you will need to call that pharmacy and have them schedule it with us", then proceeds to hang up. This is the first time I have ever written a review but this is absolutely insane!

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. Short older lady that runs pharmacy is so rude and hung up on me the first time I called, gave me the wrong medication and then tried to cover her tracks, and then was rude again when I called. I don't think she is qualified to work in a pharmacy please CVS fire her. I have never had a problem with cvs until her. I will be contacting the manager at cvs as well to let them know their pharmacy needs to be evaluated for customer service and please everyone needs to know how to speak English and read english. Horrible horrible horrible. She's making me sick with the wrong prescription and my doctor even wrote them.

Great customer service! Everyone was super helpful when one of my photos printed blurry. As a team, everyone went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I really appreciate it!

I've never had any issues at this location. Always has exactly what I need. Quick and easy. I usually check out at the self checkout. I've picked up my prescriptions here twice, and both times the staff was extremely professional. Keep up the good work!

About 10 days ago I went into CVS to have a prescription filled. I had to pay cash for the prescription, over 700.00. The pharmacist over heard my conversation with the clerk (don't know his name)but he stopped what he was doing and told me to go ask my doctor for another prescription that would be over 200 cheaper. I thanked him and left I came back the next day with a new prescription. The pharmacist, Anita was just as nice she helped the clerk put in another coupon so I could get additional off, then told me to wait so she could go over the proper way to use the drug. I know there are a lot of people who get upset cause they have to wait at the pharmacy. There are a lot of sick people out there who need someone to care about their wellbeing. The pharmacist is not just standing in the back looking at a screen. There are protocols they have to look at. They have to make sure that any drug interactions are not fatal. I am very thankful for the pharmacist at this CVS

Worst pharmacy ever. Had a prescription sent here, and rather than actually check to see if my prescription was there, they sent me to the other CVS on the other side of town. When I arrived at the other CVS location, they said the prescription wasn't there and it was back at the original CVS location I visited. Of course, the prescription was there all along. They just didn't bother to check correctly, and wasted a lot of time and unnecessary pain for a patient. I do not recommend this location at all.

Literally every time I go here they refuse to enter my good rx gold card, tell me it's already applied and then overcharge me by $20-30. It's ridiculous.

Recently moved to the area and had to find a new pharmacy, I'm so happy I have found this one. The staff is courteous, efficient and very helpful. They are extremely busy but it's worth the short wait. I did notice today that they will be closed for 45 minutes at 1:30 so the pharmacist can have lunch. I applaud CVS for this!

Literally have nothing good to say about this store except that the employees are nice enough. It's extremely difficult to get to, especially after work when traffic is heavy. Wait times are horrific whether you go pick up your prescription or overpay for their delivery. I paid almost $10 for my meds to be delivered to me. Waited hours past the delivery time frame. Tried calling the store and couldn't get anyone to answer for an hour. Called customer care and they had no clue what I was talking about even though I had an email receipt. Waited in severe pain, barely able to breathe because my throat was so inflamed, only to have to go get it myself. Pretty livid to say the least. Unsure if they even have a manager there at this point.

Head's up for those looking to get PASSPORT PHOTOS! DO NOT come here for passport photos. The lady that helped me (God bless her) did her best with the Nikon camera that they have behind the front desk but after 4 attempts, the photo she took was blurry. She reassured me that it was fine and that all the others that she had taken for other customers never get kicked back by the Department of State review process and even ran the photo through some kind of digital check list. I was skeptical but the photo passed the digital check list program so I paid the $15 and submitted the 2x2 photos with my passport application. 4 months later, I get a rejection letter from the government because my photo is too blurry and I need to resubmit. I will NOT be coming back to this location and will take my chances with taking a photo at home.

I wanted to like this CVS because it's the closest location to my new home in Savannah, but I've never had such consistently bad experiences at a pharmacy: refills being messed up, unnecessary delays, lack of communication...the list goes on and on. From the looks of the reviews, it seems like the location was off to a good start a couple years ago, but the more recent reviews of the last year should give you some insight into just how terribly this pharmacy is being run. I do my best to avoid negative reviews of all kinds, but I'm now on day 3 of being without a medication because of the pharmacy's incompetence, and this is just the most recent incident in an obvious pattern. I hope CVS Corporate does something about this ASAP. People's health is on the line here. (Note: the staff of the CVS itself are very nice. This review is only for the pharmacy.)

Hands down the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been too - no matter what day or time I come here the way is no less than 30-45 min. Inside and drive-thru are just as Painful. If you have a choice go to a different pharmacy.
