Went to pick a prescription for someone and it was the most embarrassing and cringy experience ever. Normally there is no cost for his medicine. So when the tech told me it was a charge, I asked her could she double check. I asked this simply because a time before I was with him they didn’t run his insurance correctly . Her customer service was awful. She didn’t say anything to me, she just looked at me then walked off and handed the medicine to the manager. The manager immediately looked at the medicine then looked up at me. Once he saw that I was looking at him he immediately looked off. I was extremely put off by his body language. So I immediately called the person I was picking up the medicine for and was explaining that they are trying to charge me. The manager then called me over and started explaining why they charge him. He said that it was a change in medicine and begin to name SEVERAL of prescription he has taking IN THE PAST. All of these medications were taken to treat/manage MENTAL HEALTH issues. It was a line of ppl behind me. So not only did he let me know someone history of medicine WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. Him informed the entire CVS. IT DIDN’T STOP THERE, he explained the quantity and all. This was so embarrassing. Once my friend called back to address his discontentment in his action he was told “WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE SENT SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP YOUR MEDICINE.” and hung up the phone. Let’s please keep in mind he never even verified over the phone that I was indeed speaking with the patient. My friend went in to get his medicine and talk to the manager and he was still rude. Even threaten to call the police on him because he asked for a corporate number. How typical…threaten to call the police on a African American man. Seems very RACIST to me. The manager was very arrogant and unapologetic. His picture is hanging on the wall there. I’m sure this is why is staff customer service is DIRT POOR as well. He should throw that “WHITE COAT” away. It suppose to symbolize trust and loyalty to the profession couple with a commitment to professionalism, respect, integrity and health and care. His privacy was not protected and his rights were indeed VIOLATED. People with DISABILITIES are a protected class. We are sure this is a HIPPA violation with the disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI), and lack of safeguards to protect PHI. He received a call from CVS and they offered to make them do more training. Needless to say, we will not stop until every person is treated fairly especially those with MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. Run from this pharmacy and CVS because they seem to back him in these inhumane actions.

Putting out a survey….what’s worse…customer service at this CVS at 9:30am on a Friday, or a Taco Bell, anywhere at any time of day. Tough call.

The Pharmacy at this location has several opportunities for improving the customer service experience.
I have lived in Frisco since 2006 and it appears that this location is steadily getting worse customer service and the Pharmacist (Unkut) -- (Apologize if misspelled), often times is sarcastic and fails to provide the basic information to customers and usually will just provide CVS policies.
For example -- I got a call advising a prescription was ready. I get to the store and find it is out of stock. I did explain that this was the first time getting this prescription and when I asked the pharmacy tech what I do next. Her reply was "It's out of stock". So Pharmacist Unkut overhears and advises the tech to call another store. Then he advises well it might be on a fill stats already. I reply, what is that exactly? Unkut again has the tech call the other store to confirm this status.
The point is specifically the lack of information or action that this location is willing to provide or take the time to find out for the customer so the customer wont have to go on a wild goose chase. Pharmacist Unkut appears to be bothered to too busy to ensure the customer has all or knows all to the best of his ability and within the position is is charged with.
Even though this location incorrectly filled one of my past prescriptions a couple months ago, I tried to give it another try. However, Pharmacist Unkut continues to act in a manner that is less customer service oriented and more favorable to his work conditions or providing defense information to reflect away form his many misinformation's or mistakes.
I suggest the FM 23 Frisco location in Little Elm. It is 24 hour full service pharmacy and one of the pharmacist - Vonny actually took the time to introduce me properly to my new prescription and of course apologized for my poor exchanges at the Legacy Pharmacy. She was able to move all my prescriptions over immediately.
AVOID THE LEGACY PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!

Rude pharmacy staff. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask questions about medication cost. I understand they probably get asked these questions a lot, but that’s part of the Pharmaceutical territory. I asked the girl today if she knew of any drug discount options she’s seen worked for others and she said “I don’t know about any of that stuff.” ……and why do you work here then?

Worst CVS in US. Supply on multiple different drugs are light. Pharmacists are rude and insensitive. It's clear they don't care about customers. They are making a long time CVS fan switch to Walgreens.

I came in and was immediately DISGUSTED by the pharmacist Victoria and how she treats her staff. She yells at them, and refuses to help them when they continuously call for her help. There was a young lady waiting for consultation and one of the staff an (African American woman with bangs) advised her about the customer and I overheard Victoria yell her staff "WHAT? I'm already doing too many things" I was waiting in line with many customers and she refused to acknowledge any of us. CVS' model is to have heart and that pharmacist absolutely does not. I have come in this pharmacy many times and I've always seen that staff member smiling and having a positive attitude and it's disgusting to treat her like that. She's also said that foreign customers should have to have a translator after walking away from a customer at the drive thru under her breath but her customers indeed did hear her. I will NOT be returning back to this location and I will be contacting corporate as well. She deserves to be fired and how dare she say something like that when she is foreign herself
