Didn’t have medicine prescribed refused to call Frisco Medical Center for a different Rx on 1/28/24 Pharmacist was rude and not helpful at all. When I called the Dr at the hospital she stated “why isn’t the pharmacy calling”! Never stepping foot in this CVS location again

Rude pharmacy staff. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask questions about medication cost. I understand they probably get asked these questions a lot, but that’s part of the Pharmaceutical territory. I asked the girl today if she knew of any drug discount options she’s seen worked for others and she said “I don’t know about any of that stuff.” ……and why do you work here then?

Staff at the store is very helpful and the store is clean. I did not use the pharmacy but the rest of the store is great!

Worst CVS in US. Supply on multiple different drugs are light. Pharmacists are rude and insensitive. It's clear they don't care about customers. They are making a long time CVS fan switch to Walgreens.

I came in and was immediately DISGUSTED by the pharmacist Victoria and how she treats her staff. She yells at them, and refuses to help them when they continuously call for her help. There was a young lady waiting for consultation and one of the staff an (African American woman with bangs) advised her about the customer and I overheard Victoria yell her staff "WHAT? I'm already doing too many things" I was waiting in line with many customers and she refused to acknowledge any of us. CVS' model is to have heart and that pharmacist absolutely does not. I have come in this pharmacy many times and I've always seen that staff member smiling and having a positive attitude and it's disgusting to treat her like that. She's also said that foreign customers should have to have a translator after walking away from a customer at the drive thru under her breath but her customers indeed did hear her. I will NOT be returning back to this location and I will be contacting corporate as well. She deserves to be fired and how dare she say something like that when she is foreign herself

This location has the worst customer service. If you ask a questions employees always are upset, if you pick up an online order they get upset when you go find them in the store, if the self checkout needs assistance they get upset... basically they are upset all the time

Salman the Pharm Tech was extremely RUDE. RASIED HIS VOICE After me simply trying to get an understanding of my med & cost… after being a long-term and valuable customer of CVS. I have always had to get a prescription drug, and if my insurance did not help with the cost, one of the pharmacy techs in the past has always tried to help as much as they could. But Salman “had to” express how he was going out of his way to help me.. HA! How by frustrating me more?? raising your voice??!!Going back and forth with me??!!(Isn’t this what you signed up for SALMAN ???? To extend your helping hand ?????when you applied to be employed at CVS ..I’m sure this was something that CVS had in mind when they hired you!!!!!)As a customer relations consultant, I strongly suggest that Salman is provided the proper training as well as coaching on how to communicate properly with patients/ customers.. In addition SALMAN SHOULD BE ALSO COACHED ON HOW TO provide EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!! POOR POOR POOR Representation of CVS pharmacy !!!!!!!!!

The worse customer service, not helpful, unprofessional. Waited at a register forever for someone to come. I came to buy a product, had a coupon $5 extra bucks that I earned by getting my prescriptions. They told me someone used it.
