Both times I visited to pickup medication. The staff assisted me better than any other place. I recommend this place.

Out of all the CVS stores I have been to this one is the best. Always prompt and courteous service. I needed a script and the CVS by my home was out. I got a text when it was ready AND a phone call made by a human and not a machine.

The pharmacist on duty earlier today was extremely unprofessional, both over the phone and in person. I called beforehand to see if my son’s Rx that had to be transferred there was ready. He responds “I have no idea, I’m in the middle of an immunization, hold on.” Shortly after, a very nice gentleman picks up, I explain again, and he helped me without any issues. I get there to pickup. wait for a little bit because one person is already being helped, he finally comes to the counter ( he has a white coat on so I assume he was the pharmacist). After speaking with him, I knew without a doubt he was the same rude person I’d spoken to over the phone. Very snappy and seemed bothered by my questions.I get that people are overworked, have bad days, whatever the case may be, but first impressions are lasting. Just saying. I gave 3 stars only because other guy was awesome, he deserves 5.

The associate in the photo center was less skilled that we had to redo the photos a couple of times. It would be good if they have a skilled associate there. We head to professional photo to expect a professional touch but we ended up with photos that was not properly trimmed at the edges. Not a good experience, will not recommend or visit again.

Long story but basically I waited until kind of last minute to refill my prescription and officially ran out of it today. My husband told me he would pick it up today so I could have my next dose tonight. Welp... he didn't make it on time to that pharmacy, which closed at 5pm. This one closed at 6 and I called to see if they could fill my prescription as an emergency. They obliged and I literally raced over and got there at 5:58pm. I am so thankful that they stayed until 6pm to help me.

I was lost looking for minute clinic and was kind of rude to the pharmacist to be honest, I was frustrated. He was so kind and explained exactly where it is and how to check in. Everyone in the CVS and Minute Clinic is incredibly kind and professional. It is a little tricky finding them in target but that isn’t their fault and they are so accommodating and helpful. The care is excellent, you just might want to arrive early to be able to find them. Minute clinic is in the front of the store by the restrooms.

I was told I could get two of my daughters medications that were sent over electronically, but they didn’t want to give me the third one I had on paper. It was a nebulizer… for severe asthma, cough etc…. When I asked why the girl said because they close soon and they’d need to type in the prescription info. It’s a machine…. How long could it possibly take to type in the prescription and give me the machine… it wasn’t closing time yet. & I didn’t want to be that person to stir things up so I just left without it because they wouldn’t budge.

This pharmacy used to be a pain, but they have made great improvements with their customer service. Picking up the prescription was quick and easy, and the pharmacist who administered the flu shot was kind and did it painlessly.

They’re not answering their phone. And for a single modification you need walk-in and stay in line. Not recommended.

Do not use! They gave me such a run around on a prescription that should have been a simple refill from their own store. I called the Dr., and got a different story completely. Then this place wanted to wait another month to refill it. Retaliation???

I needed the actual store not the attachment to target. I mean it brought me here but not where I needed to be I wish it gave me a warning that it was actually socks to the store

The pharmacist working at this location is extraordinarily helpful. My prescription was not transmitted correctly and he called the ER and finally got through to the person who had made the mistake. I could not be more thankful.

Just moved here. Literally the worst. My prescriptions were sent in in the morning and they said when I got there that “they’re working on it and to give them 20 min.” Ummm ma’am I have you all all day. So apparently they are understaffed and they don’t fill until you go in. I’m going to Walgreens for my prescriptions after this horrible experience.
