If I could give zero stars I would. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy ranging from medication not ready to saying I don’t have insurance (which I do) or information being wrong in their system but this last issue is absolutely unacceptable. I had a prescription filled for my daughter who had pneumonia for antibiotics. When they gave it to me, I could immediately tell it was not enough for the dosage needed and length of time required. I asked them if this was correct or if we needed an additional bottle. They were rude and said it was correct. Lo and behold, the amount the gave me only lasted for 4 DAYS when it was supposed to be 10 days. I double triple checked to make sure I had been giving her the correct amount, which I had. We had to return to her pediatrician who also confirmed that they did not give us enough. The past issues I have had can be brushed off but again not giving enough of a prescribed medication is ridiculous. It is their JOB to make sure people get the correct medications and the correct dosages. I will never ever use this pharmacy again. If you get prescriptions filled here, I would really make sure you get the correct medication at the correct dosage. This is an accidental death waiting to happen for someone. I can’t even believe I am writing this…..

Find a Walmart, a Walgreens, maybe consider Amazon. Skip this pharmacy. They can careless about your money and business.Calls go unanswered. Voicemails go unanswered. They claim to know nothing when it was them that called you. They have a nasty attitude. And if you need your medicine now they don’t care. You can come back tomorrow because it’s late in the day and they are going home.All other pharmacy’s care more when they hear don’t care at all.CVS has really gone down hill in the quality of staff they hire.Even if you get your medicine. You are the .1% that caught them on a good day. But don’t get to comfortable because they’ll turn on you too.And you don’t have to believe me. Look at all the other 1 star ratings here. I’m not alone in thinking this way.

0 Stars: The customer service at this location is Well Below Par!! It's as if you're bothering them by picking up your prescription & asking questions. It may even take several minutes of standing at the register or sitting in the drive thru before anyone will simply acknowledge you, knowing that they are aware that you're there. There is one gentleman that consistently provides good customer service though - he greets you properly & is very efficient. I'm DONE with this location & will be contacting corporate to advise.

This is by the wrost pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I was using this pharmacy because it is very close to my home. However, there have been too many times where the employees in the pharmacy area are very rude and hung up on you. I have talked with people with no patiences. And just yesterday my doctor called to fix my RX and they called me back too tell me how rude they were and that even they were hung up on. This pharmacy does not know how to do business and no people skills. Which i should have know since I keep seeing the staff member come and go. SMH guess I'll be driving a little further to get my RX.

I ordered at home covid tests online and picked them up in store. They were covered by my Anthem Blue Cross insurance, processed by CVS, and there was no out of pocket cost. Pickup was quick and the employee was friendly.

0 star. Very poor customer service. Called prescribed by phone says ready to be picked up when I get there said out of stock and can transfer to other location I said fine but when I got to other location said they didn't transfer..they killed 2 days without insulin that I needed badly

i've had pretty good experiences with this site. From the pharmacy to the general store, the folks are responsive and the store is clean and well stocked.

The pharmacy here is so bad I was paying the cash price for prescriptions at another pharmacy. Out of meds, issues with insurance… a pain in every way possible

Bought a covid test. Upon opening the inner packaging was marked as expired. The store refuses to refund the purchase. You literally sell expired medical products and refuse to refund the sale of something you shouldn't be selling in the first place.
