The lack of level of professionalism from the pharmacist, Shadi, is absolutely appalling. I rushed from working in Coppell to make it to the CVS in Frisco at 6225 Eldorado Pkwy., Frisco, TX 75033, before they closed at 7 p.m.
I was in the drive thru at 6:52 p.m. waiting behind the one car at the window. This pharmacy will leave you sitting at the window in plain site as they see you and continue to ignore you.
It took them 8 minutes to assist the woman in front of me, and to be blatantly honest, they probably were in no hurry whatsoever to even assist her. As she pulled away, they immediate closed the electrical window blinds, as I honked and even knocked on the glass for acknowledgement.
I know they have cameras in the pharmacy to be able to see the cars sitting in the drive thru. It is absolutely disgusting that the pharmacist, Shadi, would pay no mind to the customers who had been sitting in that line because she was too much in a hurry to walk out EXACTLY at 7 p.m. It was utterly disgusting and in very poor taste.

The team at this CVS work together like clockwork. Each one of them, Samantha, Ujooi, Syed, CSHR 2245153, and the pharmacist are so kind and helpful. They know their products and their coupons. I truly enjoy shopping at this store. Clean, well stocked and associates that like their job and their customers. Lucky you and lucky us.

Customer Service returns to CVS!
The personnel in this store are extremely helpful. Whether it is assisting with a prescription , obtaining products of your choice or aiding in the use of the app or coupons! The employees at this location appear to have been brain washed. They come across as believing their service makes a difference‼️

CVS is a place where sick people go to get medications and treatment. Healthy shoppers want to enjoy a clean environment to shop in. However, this location is filthy. Clean your store, your floors, your bathrooms, your water fountains, and make necessary repairs. You are better than this, CVS.

Nader in the Pharmacy was Soo helpful today. I needed an RX moved from another pharmacy since they were out of stock. He worked quickly to get my prescription moved and had my RX filled and ready to go within 5 minutes. Not only was he quick and efficient, he was very friendly. I appreciate his EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, Nader at CVS!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy ranging from medication not ready to saying I don’t have insurance (which I do) or information being wrong in their system but this last issue is absolutely unacceptable. I had a prescription filled for my daughter who had pneumonia for antibiotics. When they gave it to me, I could immediately tell it was not enough for the dosage needed and length of time required. I asked them if this was correct or if we needed an additional bottle. They were rude and said it was correct. Lo and behold, the amount the gave me only lasted for 4 DAYS when it was supposed to be 10 days. I double triple checked to make sure I had been giving her the correct amount, which I had. We had to return to her pediatrician who also confirmed that they did not give us enough. The past issues I have had can be brushed off but again not giving enough of a prescribed medication is ridiculous. It is their JOB to make sure people get the correct medications and the correct dosages. I will never ever use this pharmacy again. If you get prescriptions filled here, I would really make sure you get the correct medication at the correct dosage. This is an accidental death waiting to happen for someone. I can’t even believe I am writing this…..

Find a Walmart, a Walgreens, maybe consider Amazon. Skip this pharmacy. They can careless about your money and business.
Calls go unanswered. Voicemails go unanswered. They claim to know nothing when it was them that called you. They have a nasty attitude. And if you need your medicine now they don’t care. You can come back tomorrow because it’s late in the day and they are going home.
All other pharmacy’s care more when they hear don’t care at all.
CVS has really gone down hill in the quality of staff they hire.
Even if you get your medicine. You are the .1% that caught them on a good day. But don’t get to comfortable because they’ll turn on you too.
And you don’t have to believe me. Look at all the other 1 star ratings here. I’m not alone in thinking this way.

0 Stars: The customer service at this location is Well Below Par!! It's as if you're bothering them by picking up your prescription & asking questions. It may even take several minutes of standing at the register or sitting in the drive thru before anyone will simply acknowledge you, knowing that they are aware that you're there. There is one gentleman that consistently provides good customer service though - he greets you properly & is very efficient. I'm DONE with this location & will be contacting corporate to advise.

Giving it 1 star for bad service at pharmacy. Call to pharmacy goes to voice mail after 10 minutes of automated call.
