I could not have asked for a better, more honest company and experience. Dent Squad was able to get a pretty gnarly door dent out my of EQE+ and my car is like new! This company has integrity and works hard to get the job done. 10/10 I highly, highly recommend!

Quoted $300 for a small ding that you could barely see. I can only imagine what hail damage would cost 7K. With a starting price of $250 regardless of size or effort is a bit much when $99 was the flat price in every other state.

Terrible customer service. Drove from Prosper to get an estimate web says they close at 5p. I get there at 4:04p. Closed.I call the number on the door and a girl answers. I said I’m outside your shop but it is closed up. Her response was ridiculous. We are only there Fridays from 8a-11a. Then why does your hours show 5p. Her dismissive and cavalier attitude told me I don’t want to do business with these clowns. No apology..nothing

Had an amazing experience at Dent Squad. Bailey and Igor were excellent. Bailey was extremely responsive and would pick up my call after a couple of rings. Igor was so friendly and knowledgeable. He really cares about the customer. On top of that, he was very open with the type of work that needs to be done and explained the whole process to me. As for the work, the dent looks like it was never even there and he was able to finish in like 3 hours. They saved me from spending an additonal $1000 + rental car and going to the dealership. If I ever need a dent repair, I will be using Dent Squad!

I have used the Dent Squad twice on 2 different vehicles. Super easy drop off, they do all the work with the insurance company and can get you sent up with your rental. Seth provided top notch service. 5 Stars!

Highly, Highly recommend Dent Squad USA. Their workmanship and customer service was first class. The work on my GMC Sierra was flawless with no sign of hail damage. Seth was very personable and communicated with me every step of the way. He even schedule my rental and picked me up to and from the car rental lot.

We would highly recommend The Dent Squad. We had hail damage from a storm. Seth was great to work with, as he explained everything from the start. They paid for our deductible and gave us great service. Seth was willing to pick us up at Enterprise Rent A Car if need be. Seth explained the Dent removal process. Once we got our car back, not one hail mark could be seen and the detailed cleaning of our car was excellent. Our car looked brand new.Thank you Seth and Dent Squad.Jim & Cynthia Roberts

Great service and quality work! My jeep Wrangler got pummeled by hail and I was taken care of by dent squad. Bailey was awesome and super responsive. Igor did a tremendous job on the repair.

I used Dent Squad USA twice, and every time it is exceptional experience. From communication with employees to quality of work, everything is perfect. I wish everyone avoids car hail damage, but in this area, every vehicle is vulnerable. If it happens, looks no further than Dent Squad USA.

Dent Squad did an amazing job on my hail and accident damage. My car looks brand new! Bailey was so helpful and responsive through the entire process. She even went out of her way to meet me at the rental car place when my car was ready! Great customer service and attention to detail!

My bumper clips are broken and I just visited dent squad USA and they fixed it temporarily and quickly. They didn’t charge me nothing. Awesome service I really recommend Dent Squad USA for any dents
