Worked for hours with Sam, until we found the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Sam was patient and informative. I’d done a lot of online browsing and research, and with their competitive pricing, I really didn’t feel the need to do more comparison shopping. My fiancée is thrilled with her ring and gets compliments nonstop. We’ll be back to Diamond Gallery for our jewelry needs, and to keep the engagement ring polished and sparkling like new. Stunning selection of products with fair prices. Was shopping around at tons of stores for engagement rings and we ended up going with this one. We have been considering a ring upgrade for many months. My husband and I have come in at least 5 times to explore options. Each time Zach helped us and was so helpful in helping create our vision and budget. Zach helped my husband with the purchase of two watches during that time as well. We knew we had to come back to Diamond Gallery when we were finally ready for the ring upgrade because of the service Zach provided for us!
We are finally ready for the ring upgrade, and Zach happened to be on vacation, so Alex assisted us. He picked up right where Zach left off for a seamless process. They both took time to ensure we were making the best decisions for our goals and we are so excited that our ring is now being designed. We can’t wait to see the final product!
